Horrible app!" The food is absolutely amazing and the team is always wonderful. The app does not work over half of the time. I end up eating there less because I am not able to order ahead online. Sure wish it worked every time! -- krsully7, 2026-03-27 ### **--- "My food order missing." Oder food to go . Second time that this has happen . Food always missing my order never complete And I call they said will be refunded never got my refund back . Please check your order before you go order wise money /time lose . -- BCAP415217, 2024-09-24 ### *---- "Amateur app" No way to enter credit card info for future use, not for immediate order. No way to specify which restaurant, must specify location near the one intended. Seriously? There's no pull-down list of choices? Didn't the app developer ever USE a restaurant app, so know what features are needed, what makes a good user interface? -- GGBrooklyn, 2024-09-15 ### *---- "Pain to use" Will not allow you to select time. Therefore useless. -- Fehren, 2023-09-11 ### **--- "Glitch with Tips" When placing an order, there is two ways the tip function glitches: 1st - When checking out it shows total and then the tip selection window flashes up but it’s grayed out and shows for half a second. 2nd - if a user forgets to enter the vehicle make/model/color, there is an error and it flips back to the checkout page but TIP is already included in total and there is no way to remove or modify tip total. Very annoying to give a $20 tip to walk my food 15 feet to my car. Even more annoying when I do curbside and have to go inside and pick up because nobody comes out. Love the food though -- movie rater guy, 2022-12-31 ### *---- "Awful App" 1 Doesn’t have option to walk up. ??? 2 Doesn’t keep my “favorite” location. I have to select every time. Those are the top two. The app before this was more user friendly. -- Shirleyville, 2022-12-31 ### ***-- "Only ASAP?" This app mostly works well. I wish there were actually options for ordering ahead of when you need food. ASAP is currently the only option and that is quite frustrating. -- tryingtolearnstuff, 2022-12-06 ### *---- "One of the worst apps I’ve ever used" First of all they stopped taking carry out orders and the reservation request on the phone like most normal restaurants do. Second of all the app is a total disaster I’ve used it twice and both times I was charged for my food yet the order did not arrive to the restaurant and it looks like I’m going to be refunded but then it takes multiple business days to process this. This is not right and I feel taken advantage of! -- Xwave500, 2022-10-27 ### ***-- "Two small suggestions" Two small suggestions: add a side of bread as a menu option that can be paid for via the app; and enable adding a tip onto the order when using Apple Pay, even if the order is just curbside pickup. Thanks. -- Huvuftvbz9, 2022-08-25 ### **--- "Perfect Storm of miscues!" Went to our favorite GAR (Carlisle) for our 52nd anniversary. Got there early (5:30pm) and was seated at a table in a draft by the door to the outside seating. Took forever to get drinks, bread came cold and hard (we were told it was probably left over from earlier in the day), then food arrived cold (chicken and shrimp n grits), so not supposed to be cold! Ordered dessert and our delightful server came back to tell us they were out of the waffle. Deal with it! Okay! Order apple pie and ice cream. Well, apple pie was all pastry, couldn’t find any apple in there! Asked the server for chocolate sauce, which he provided warm. That almost saved the day! If the restaurant had been busy I might have given them a pass in some of the issues, but it was less than a quarter filled. No reason for all these negatives! Carlisle management, get your act together or we’ll go elsewhere! -- Why oh Why did this happen?, 2022-05-28 [View all Great American Restaurants reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Great American Restaurants Discovered Keywords - the new american - great american restaurants ## Apps Similar to Great American Restaurants - [&pizza](https://apptail.io/app/pizza-NhR/united-states) - [Paisano's Pizza App](https://apptail.io/app/paisanos-pizza-app-JTFb/united-states) - [South Block](https://apptail.io/app/south-block-YWbc/united-states) - [District Taco](https://apptail.io/app/district-taco-CQxc/united-states) - [Moby Dick House of Kabob](https://apptail.io/app/moby-dick-house-of-kabob-MzUc/united-states) - [BGR - The Burger Joint](https://apptail.io/app/bgr-the-burger-joint-VzUc/united-states) - [Sweet Leaf Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/sweet-leaf-rewards-fBRd/united-states) - [Anita's](https://apptail.io/app/anitas-BKUg/united-states) - [Frame Coffee Roasters](https://apptail.io/app/frame-coffee-roasters-xjjm/united-states) - [MightyMeals](https://apptail.io/app/mightymeals-heAp/united-states) ## Great American Restaurants Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/great-american-restaurants-AiNc/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/great-american-restaurants-AiNc/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
