## Great Learning Reviews in India

### *---- "Not worthy"
Less professional. After registering in the course they don’t care about your opinion or issues, just replying as formalities and closing issues without resolution
-- Alok Srivastava 19, 2026-03-03

### *---- "Worst institution"
Never enroll with them. They are expert in marketing and zero in delivering value. Trust me the materials available on YouTube and Udemy are thousand times better than their institute mentors.
Initially they will hire some dummy faculty for few classes just to gain trust after that they qualify decreases continuously.
Pathetic and zero value
-- Mike_anonymous, 2025-11-07

### **--- "Courses are good, but app crashes a lot"
Sometimes opening the video in full screen crashes the app. There's no resolution settings for ios. No skip or previous buttons. Many times the screen gets stuck.
-- Lone-Warrior, 2025-07-08

### ***** "Problem in free certification"
Hello Great Learning Team,
I enrolled in the “SQL for Data Science” course which was advertised as having a free certificate. However, after enrolling, I’m asked to pay ₹299 to get the certificate.
This was not mentioned before enrolling, and the original course page clearly states “Certificate from Great Learning” under the free plan.
Could you please clarify if a free certificate is available as stated?
Thank you!
-- Abhay Pratap Singh Bhadauriya, 2025-06-12

### ***-- "UX (User Experience) needs improvement."
UX is at worst level, for example, you have to sequentially scroll to reach video contents. When you reach somehow, not any thumbnails of video, just texts. You can’t predict where back button will take you. No user personalisation, if you don’t want caption, you have to manually off on every video. Just time pass by dev & qa teams…
-- Amit_oracle, 2025-05-09

### *---- "App not working"
Asking to update repeatedly. Not able to login back after update.
-- Dris.v, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Bug in unlocking locked contents"
This app has a bug that is blocking learning materials. Locked contents are not getting unlocked
-- arunsriniv23, 2025-01-26

### *---- "Not able to login"
I have downloaded the application and i m trying to login with the valid credentials but the error pops up saying email id an password combination wrong then i click on forget password but i never received password reset link. I tried this multiple times
-- Yogita-1996, 2024-12-03

### *---- "App repeatedly asking for update"
App doesnt open even after update and repeatedly asking for update. This app has lota of bugs.
-- Divajais, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Very bad support"
I paid 1.75lac for software development course and completed the course in given time. But after that I was not allowed to upload my resume as I reached my limit which is 3 by the way. So for 1 year I had added different skill set in my resume but they are not allowing me update my resume. So I invested so much money in this and I was forced to use my previous and old resume to apply for job, when the industry is changing drastically and you need new skills to upgrade. Even this people also providing new optional course to learn and update your skills but we're not allowed to upload resume.
