Bad signal
It is hard to listen to greatest hits either in in car or at home as signal drops in and out
Connection
I love GHR, but as others have said before me, the app doesn’t reconnect if it loses phone signal for a short period and when driving it’s not always convenient to be fiddling with it to reconnect.

Variable
Despite paying not to hear adverts, this keeps happening. I have reported it multiple times and the only resolution is to delete the app and reinstall it. In comparison with the Radio 2 and 5 apps, which maintain strong connectivity this app is much less stable. There is also no way to pause and rewind live shows nor download them afterwards. It is frustrating as my preference would be to stick to Greatest Hits but if it doesn’t up its game I will go elsewhere.

Unreliable Performance
App sometimes fails to load - very frustrating. If a program is missed such as Pop Master, it can’t be listened to until the following day.

Not great to use day to day - doesn’t connect to the shows easily and there are too many pop ups!

Awful app, sorry GHR I’m leaving! Welcome back BBC Sounds
Not too bad to start with but since the new Rayo app which I log in and don’t get my premium account and I have to use this app again and now every time I open the app I get a 30 second video app just to play the radio. After leaving this review I’m cancelling my premium subscription and deleting the app and going back to BBC sounds which I have absolutely no problem using and more importantly NO ADS
