It doesn’t always respond and it is impossible to log on so unable to make bookings. -- Arbiter us, 2024-09-22 ### *---- "Pointless app" Pointless app -- Monkeyboy1/3, 2024-09-15 ### **--- "Pretty pointless app" Given 2 stars because it’s good to be able to see the menus. However, it’s impossible to book the various restaurants (the concierge did them for us in the end). The map is pretty useless and very unclear. TBH, although this hotel is marketed as 5star, it really is closer to 4star, but with decent food. -- ngua2, 2024-08-28 ### **--- "All barely works" After the recent update with bug fixes, it seems like the app doesn’t really work anymore. Most CTA’s don’t do anything, or the app has a loading screen which never loads. The UX is pretty awful as well. The flows just don’t make sense. I give it a 2 star because when it actually works, it works. Albeit you still can’t do a lot with the app. Great idea for an app for the hotels, but all the features should work before telling guests to use it. -- brendino500, 2024-06-15 ### *---- "Worse than useless" App does not work. -- Wasdvt, 2024-03-08 ### *---- "Doesn’t work in the resort, pointless" Doesn’t work in the resort. Can’t login, no info available that’s relevant. -- Nick Hood, 2023-07-01 ### ***** "G" This is the best hotel I have ever been to everyone was so kind to me and bless you all I love you all thank you so so much Greco tell and I hope everyone incorrect hotel is okay I hope everyone on the resort is okay love you from Zak -- naheeda azam, 2023-01-29 ### *---- "Utterly useless app" Downloaded this app on arrival at our hotel (Kos Imperial) but it never worked for the entire duration of our holiday. Thinking that I may be doing something wrong, I approached the hotel team so that they could show me how to use the app correctly only to find it was not working for them either! -- Brissoli, 2022-08-30 ### *---- "Poor" I’ve tried in vain to use this app for our hotel in Kos. Nothing works, and by that I mean I really have tried to use it numerous times to book various activities and meals and haven’t managed to be successful once. Click on the fitness activities link and it takes you to a blank page. The best advice is to not bother downloading it and use the reception desk and desk at the gym to book meals and activities instead. That actually works! Constantly getting logged out and all the times are wrong for opening times too. Could be brilliant if it worked properly. -- beemerben, 2022-07-11 ### *---- "Serena McGregor report" Nice place and heat lovely view warm sea really bad in ways would not recommend it if you have children. Kids are not allowed on paddle boards nether allowed to play volleyball -- ham mcg, 2022-07-05 [View all Grecotel Hotels & Resorts reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Grecotel Hotels & Resorts Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Switzerland | Travel | #210 | ## Grecotel Hotels & Resorts Discovered Keywords -
