## Green and Yellow Cab Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Today was bad"
13 year old cab with 150,000 miles and badly stained seats. Previous 2 rides excellent.
-- Zangi70, 2025-01-17

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
When I try to arrange a pick up from my apartment, right up the street from a very busy metropolitan area teeming with tourists, I get a “we don’t service that area” message. When I try to arrange a pick up from another location, I get a “We’re sorry! Something went wrong! Please try again.” message.
-- sugarfishdrink, 2024-10-21

### ***** "Green Cab Review"
Excellent service.
-- dmdogs900, 2024-10-19

### ***** "Wonderful"
He came early to pick me up and the service was great.
Thank you
-- Llabinger, 2023-05-10

### ***** "More than driver"
He is a wonderful guy that he always helps me lot.
-- chokasaved, 2022-12-05

### ***** "Very Reliable"
We use Green & Yellow cab for early morning trips from Somerville to the airport. They are always very reliable. My main complaint is the condition of some of the cabs. We have been in a few that are downright filthy.
-- Wkathym, 2022-11-01

### ***** "Easy to use"
The app is convenient and user friendly.
-- E in Somerville, 2022-10-12

### ***-- "Great Cab Company but App needs Work"
I used this App for the about the fourth time since I installed it, but for first Time in about a year the other day.
The comment section does not transmit to the driver. The driver did not get my instructions for finding my house and the office claimed that I didn’t enter any instructions into the App at all, which I absolutely did.

The other thing that’s been happening since the App was released is that after booking a cab via the App, I will get notices, including within my emailed confirmation and receipts, that “next time please book using our App”. In other words I get chastised for not using the App when I just DID use the App.

The overall functionality is good, but occasionally buggy as well.
For example, i made an error in the address of my destination but it was hard to correct. Its also cumbersome to cancel a request prior to submitting it.

This being said, this is by far my favorite Cab Company. Just fix your App please!
-- danafranklin, 2019-08-11

### ****- "It’s pretty good but.."
It would be better if cabs actually answered the call. I had to start taking Uber which just made me feel dirty but beats waiting for 30 minutes.
-- Hcdfb367, 2018-11-15

### *---- "If u want us not to use uber get your app up to speed"
App is buggy
-- Nomail65, 2017-06-12
