## Green Chef Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Difficulty getting fresh produce"
It is hit or miss with green chef food quality. I often open recipes where ingredients are already rotten or missing. I used to call and complain, and green chef was always apologetic and compensated me. I thought it would improve but there has never been a change so I don’t bother anymore.
-- Dr DDK, 2024-12-03

### ***-- "Fix your app"
I’ve given this app multiple chances, but it’s consistently unreliable. Orders fail, the app crashes, actually it just never works at all, and delivery times are not consistent Making the entire experience frustrating. Customer services is nice but they just dismiss it and say long into the website. So then what’s the point of the app? It’s a shame because the idea is great, but the execution is not.
-- MPSCV, 2024-11-30

### *---- "Hard to cancel"
I wanted to give these guys a try, I’m vegan so maybe other diet options are better but i got tired of the selection which is not bad. My issue is that I’ve been trying to cancel my account for months now having to manually skip deliveries. Every time i go to the link to cancel an error message pops up, but every other part of the site works.
-- Jfeelinlikebreezy, 2024-11-22

### ***** "Saved My Life"
Since I started using Green Chef, I've been amazed at how easy it is to enjoy delicious, nutritious meals that align with my health goals. Their meal kits are thoughtfully designed, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients and a variety of recipes that cater to different dietary preferences. Whether you're looking for keto, paleo, or balanced options, Green Chef has something for everyone!
-- jason1922, 2024-11-20

### **--- "Tracking broken"
Tracking your meal shipments is just an endless spinning cursor.
-- DaddyDis82, 2024-11-14

### **--- "$68 a week!!!? For 3 meals?"
Amazing food!! But $68 a week for 3 meals is crazy! Not sure if it’s worth price
-- Daaamxz, 2024-11-09

### ****- "Rating"
The overall concept is great but many of the vegetables are not fresh. The Roma tomatoes always are soft and have to be replaced. The peppers are old many times. Disappointing.
-- Jbrdds, 2024-10-30

### **--- "Supposed to be organic."
I’m quite dubious that all their ingredients are organic. And with practically every recipe there’s a little card inside that says they switched out organic for regular. We’re paying over twice as much for this “organic” food service that really isn’t.
-- Loapip18479, 2024-09-24

### ***** "Amazingly simple delicious meals"
Easy to follow directions, make a delicious meal at home!
Have a healthy meal you prepare with supplied ingredients great dinners ,lunches, or breakfasts just open the bag prepare your ingredients and soon you will be eating an amazing meal you cooked
-- Tom 1031, 2024-09-18

### *---- "Scam"
Order once and they’ll keep sending you more every week, and it’s impossible to quit, they just keep sending you the over priced meals.
-- i miss the old pandora, 2024-09-16
