You can even live-track your technician’s location as they drive to you, for extra peace of mind.

Very easy to apply and cheaper than other breakdown companies with better customer service
Can’t add new policy
It won’t let me add a new policy when the last one runs out. It just keeps saying “renew”. Which I’ve already done through the website.
Doesn’t work
Tried twice now to use the app and it doesn’t recognise my car registration, policy number, name etc even though I’ve always had Green Flag via the Caravan and Motorhome Club for many years. Quite frightening when I was stuck in middle nowhere! However forget the APP and wait for the call handler.The App is useless and just creates panic when you can’t get it to work and you’ve broken down and desperate for help.

Green flag to the rescue
We were at jubilee park, Woodhall spa and following our session we came out to find we had a puncture. Green Flag came out. Staff at the park were so impressed by the quality of service we received that they are going to change their providers to Green Flag. We were very pleased with everything.
