App is a scam
I decided to try this app because it was recommended to me as a cheaper alternative to grab. The ride was supposed to be 96-110 php but my driver decided to go the extra long way and the fee was 200 php. On grab it would have been less than 100. I will never ever use an app again that allows drivers to scam their customers. Just use grab it’s much better and trustworthy.

No one accepts my booking in this app
Been trying to book since yesteday
Worst app for ride
No one’s accepting my booking even the taxis are in front of me already. Take note, 5 units of Green GSM taxis didn’t have any passengers and bookings that time and their drivers just getting passengers who doesn’t have any app on the road side and just asking for higher fares!!! DON’T WASTE YOUT TIME USING THIS APP!!!
Cancelled on me before my flight!
I booked a car to take my nephew to the airport and you cancelled on me 10 minutes before the schedule! What horrible service. This caused a panic and him almost missing his flight!
ECONOMICAL AND EFFICIENT
I hope and pray that this company will expand and grow. Big help for the community and environment. This will always be my first option as long as there is an EV car available. No doubt!
NOT ACCURATE WITH THE APP FARE
So basically I was looking from different booking apps where I could book my ride. I was so happy that the range of my fare stated on the app is between 95-115. Later when I was getting off the car the bill was 144. Very disappointing, since it was my first time using the app I would not reccommend to anyone planning to use the app.

Dont link your card. Customer service is useless
