1. App logs out of business account every couple of weeks. 2. You don’t need to send a text asking gif feedback after EVERY SINGLE JOURNEY.
Update
After the update it doesn’t retain my login details for my business account. I have to re enter them every time
Unreliable, I’m sticking with Uber
Driver forgot Rut aje a parking ticket so it caused an extra 20 min delay. Rather than just us getting in the car and driving, he had to mess about sorting it out. The ticket machine was broken and didn’t take card, and he was unprepared, not having cash with him so we wasted more time. ...and after all of that, he didn’t even apologise!
Terrible .. 30min delay without any info on app!
I have used this app twice, once to go to the airport a week ago and it was fine. Today I had a trip scheduled for 5.25am to go to the train station. At 5am I had a missed call but no message and as I was rushing to get ready to go I just checked the app quickly and my car seemed to be on time. However at 5.20 I started to get suspicious as the app was counting down to my ride but no driver was on its way. I called the missed number and it was green tomato cars and they told me there would be a 30min delay. Nothing on app, no info of delay!!! This would be a basic requirement from a car booking app you’d think. I can’t rely on this company and will never be using them again.
Not trustworthy
Made a taxi booking more than 24 hours in advance. 10 minutes before the pickup time received an email to say the booking had been cancelled. Called to query this and was told the booking was cancelled because of lack of availability. They claimed they called 30mins earlier to let me know, but I didn’t have any missed calls... Total waste of time, just use Uber instead.
Really really bad service
The app is ok, the service is absolutely diabolical I have been using Green Tomato cars for the best part of 7 years and I cannot remember the last time i was so angry at a company. The pros: none any more The cons: over charged me 3 times in the last 2 months The times I’ve booked with them the cabs have arrived late... every time The service has gone downhill to a gutter rating and i have had enough deleted the app and asked GT to remove any of my details... really bad service

They are perfect , they take also cash , they are very punctual .
Efficient and reliable...
Very impressive cab service, realiable drivers and easy to use mobile apps. Fix rate is also the highlights of the services which is very helpful for the journey!
