iPad app crashes on loading
New iPad app trashes on opening on my iPad Pro 2024. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still crashes. App is therefore useless.

Lunch with my mate
Really easy and quick ordering on the app, friendly team serving, an enjoyable experience.

Managed to order easily on the app. Even better the Blue light code works rather than having to go up to the bar.
Avoid. Pubs clearly hate it.
Visited two Greene King (Belhaven) pubs in Edinburgh today. The first said they don’t have an app and nothing like one, even though you can find it on the app (The White Hart) with a photo of the property. So I’m now £13 out of pocket until customer services issue me a refund. Went to a second property, The Advocate, and rudely told not to carry on using the app as it’s widely out of date, luckily I got my order this time around though. App isn’t fit for purpose of the pubs that are meant to use (and advertise it on the menus) don’t like it.
Ruined the app
They’ve completely revamped the app and it just looks like a page full of adverts now. It’s completely unintuitive. They should go back to making it quick and simple to use, so you can just order your drink and get on with your life. I didn’t know it had changed so opened it in the pub and had to go over hurdles to set up my new account. It’s ridiculously hard to paste in the 10% code from the Sport app, which currently remains undesecrated. It doesn’t even accept a secure password generated by iCloud Keychain, because it thinks there are personal details in it. If you make an iOS app, make it compatible with how iOS works.

Order on the app wait ten minutes, go inside to be told oh we don’t really use the app you should come to the bar! What is the point of it then Greedy King!
