The old app was bad, this app is somehow worse. Almost seems as though Green shield makes it intentionally difficult to submit claims hmmm.

What a horrible app, it doesn’t work at all, when you click on check coverage, it always says “error occurred”. 

How can a multi million dollar company not be able to create an app for their services? 

Forcing gsc app users to use this when it is not even working. Shame on the development team behind this app. Fire your mobile development team for this garbage.

Hardly working. For some reason old GSC Everywhere ID is still used for Wallet ID storage. No Greenshield Travel Medical Insurance benefits reference as well. When will this app be updated to be usable???

what's the point in forcing us to download this version when it's not even finished? Can only make a claim, have to use a computer to view the full statement. Added an extra star because the money was direct deposited into my account in the amount the (other) app said it would be without much fuss so I guess it could be worse

I want to filter a service by a family member to see that I completed all the claims this year. I have to look through every single claim for my whole family. This app is inefficient. The old app actually was improved and now we go backwards- imagine that just 2 weeks before everyone’s claims are due. Ridiculous

App works less than 50% of the time, doesn’t confirm for me when I’ve submitted a claim nor does it show if my is being revised. Gives limited information and when checking limits just giving error messages.

Why did they have to reinvent this app? The previous one worked great. This new app is confusing, sends user in frustrating circles, lacks clarity, is unappealing- being aesthetically bland…and is missing key elements like finding your current eligibility balance on benefits.   I 100% do not like it. It is junk and it is frustrating. It sucks. GARBAGE. FIRE THE NEW DEVELOPERS. 

RESTORE the GreenShield Everywhere APP.   IT WORKED GREAT.

Of course, they finally get a relatively easy app to use, and some genius that’s probably getting overpaid decided to change everything and releases a completely broken app. They are once again withholding my money from my family during the holiday season. I cannot submit a claim to a place I’ve been going to for 6 months… and I try to use the old app and it redirects me to the “new and improved” broken app again. This company has to be one of the worst for treating customers. If people have mental health issues it’s probably from trying to deal with Green Shield
