Bad to worse
The old app was bad, this app is somehow worse. Almost seems as though Green shield makes it intentionally difficult to submit claims hmmm.

Horrible app
What a horrible app, it doesn’t work at all, when you click on check coverage, it always says “error occurred”. How can a multi million dollar company not be able to create an app for their services? Forcing gsc app users to use this when it is not even working. Shame on the development team behind this app. Fire your mobile development team for this garbage.
New Greenshield+ App
Hardly working. For some reason old GSC Everywhere ID is still used for Wallet ID storage. No Greenshield Travel Medical Insurance benefits reference as well. When will this app be updated to be usable???
Can’t check coverage
UPDATE: Still can’t check coverage and it’s less than a week until most coverages reset. Why release an app if it’s not finished at least test it on a small batch. Awful execution.

Absolute junk, and no option not to use - when you open GSC app it prompts you to download this one without option. But what can you expect when these companies like any insurance company - thrive on taking the most and providing the least
Horrible
I would give this -1 stars if I could. Forced to download the new app and it doesn’t even work properly. Can’t check coverages and can’t even use the old app, which was so much better.

what's the point in forcing us to download this version when it's not even finished? Can only make a claim, have to use a computer to view the full statement. Added an extra star because the money was direct deposited into my account in the amount the (other) app said it would be without much fuss so I guess it could be worse
