First the station said I needed the app, so I got that. Then the station didn’t like that I didn’t have an account even though it gives me an option to continue as a guest. Then it didn’t accept either of my credit cards, trying both the tap and insert methods. Utter waste of time. -- sirhc itannicnic, 2026-10-03 ### *---- "Bad design" Unable to create an account on their website and then unable to do it on the app because I already tried to use my email on their website. Very poor design -- MiniK1267, 2026-09-18 ### *---- "Horrible Company" BEWARE THIS APP STEALS YOUR MONEY AND DATA. When it overcharges you, you can only talk to an AI bot with customer service. What an absolutely rotten company and service. Took me 15 minutes just to get my car charging. The QR code scan doesn’t work at all so I had to ask a hotel employee how to roundabout even start it. Then it stole waaayyy more money than it claimed, almost double with hidden fees. -- Lalilya03, 2026-09-10 ### *---- "So stupid you need to use an app" I'm all for EV chargers but when you start making people use an app to charge your car once in a spot you'll never be at again, that's when it gets really bad. AI customer service you gotta be ashamed of.yourself you pathetic company -- SomeRandom9YearOldKid, 2026-08-16 ### *---- "Broken" The update broke the sign in box, rendering the app useless. I contacted the developer and no luck on a fix. -- JPnj21, 2026-06-25 ### ***** "Good public network in NJ!" They have a lot of public chargers in Jersey City and in the NJ shore areas of Asbury and Long Branch! -- dhwoen fjne, 2026-05-12 ### **--- "Wish it was better" Garbage charging. Wish they would install Tesla fast chargers here. The new app is a significant step backwards. -- jhnmcdrmtt, 2025-12-04 ### *---- "Needs work" Tried to install this to take advantage of a good parking space. You expect me to pull out my credit card and enter it when I’m trying to park? Instead of using the iOS tools that make it so easy to use my saved card. Come on. -- Hiveee, 2025-09-19 [View all Greenspot EV reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Greenspot EV Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/greenspot-ev-Celw/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/greenspot-ev-Celw/canada) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/greenspot-ev-Celw/mexico) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/greenspot-ev-Celw/ukraine) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
