I’ve been a customer for over 14 years and have several accounts. The employees are not well trained and have made numerous mistakes on my accounts. Recently a representative in the credit card dept. hung up on me as I tried to resolve a fraud issue and never called me back. That’s just one incident. You should be able to trust a company with the handling of your money. Totally unacceptable.

You guys offer Zelle is one of your options. I have set it up and I want to use it to transfer money, and it wouldn’t allow me to do it
I called up four times. Explain what I needed in a voicemail and yet nobody called me back. 
It’s as if Zelle is a bad word and nobody wants to touch it 
So maybe in the future I’ll find a bank or I will not have this problem

the people that I have encountered have been very accommodating and informative — that was a couple of years ago when I opened my accounts at the Greer Branch — now the Tellers are sequestered so you just get to see their faces at the Drive Threw  — I like their Phone App — it is straightforward and super easy to navigate — have never had an issue — once in-a-while I will get a Fraud Alert (not signed up for them) so good on them or their Computers for securing my. accounts — I believe Credit Unions are the way to go and am glad that I chose GFCU
