10” 24 volt trimmer battery defective right out of the box. That means quality control is non existent! Just going to throw the whole thing in the trash.

I have had my battery operated mower for one year. It has stopped working twice in the last month was on hold with customer service over an hour two weeks ago. Finally hung up….mower started working again 3 days later now it is not working again. Customer service is horrible. Cannot get in touch with anyone.

Worthless. I called and the only choice was “Evelyn” . I gave the requested information. It could not help and the phone # it gave was missing a digit. It was transferring to another agent which never happened. Please make a phone # available that someone will answer.

Worst customer service i ever deal with, I purchased an item from them using a monthly payment 36 Months payment, then they charged my bank full amount, when i call them after waiting more than an hour, they refused to cancel my Order, i contacted my bank and submitted a Claim and still waiting for investigation, don’t deal with this fake Company, don’t, don’t, don’t

On the phone for almost 2 hours without any response. Went online to the chat and over an hour with no response. They didn’t ship my entire order. Don’t buy from this company

I tried to call and I was on hold for an hour and then had to hang up. I also tried leaving my number for a call back and never received one. I can’t find a place to email on their site. The products are good but I will be looking for a different brand

Website has a lot to compare and choose, but I can’t get the blowers to compare technical details, such as cubic feet per minute of air it can blow, miles per hour wind speed that it generates, pounds that it weighs, and the battery voltage, amp-hours, and if the battery is interchangeable with other devices that require the same power.
