## Greenworks Shopping Reviews in United States

### *---- "Registering Product"
After spending the money on a new edger, trying to register the product makes me want to pack it up and send it back. A QR code on the box for registration only takes me to the Greenworks website. Tried searching for registration and got resistor. Unbelievable for a company that I’ve recommend to many people.

### *---- "Mower"
I have had my battery operated mower for one year. It has stopped working twice in the last month was on hold with customer service over an hour two weeks ago. Finally hung up….mower started working again 3 days later now it is not working again. Customer service is horrible. Cannot get in touch with anyone.

### ***** "Excellent customer service!"
I’ve been at Greenworks customer for many years with multiple tools and batteries. But this was excellent customer service! Come to think of it probably the best in a couple years!

### ****- "Mixed Bag - App and Company"
***App: Decent app, but clearly not a huge priority for Greenworks. At time of writing this, Apple Pay only works if you choose Checkout then use the express checkout Apple Pay option, even though it gives you the option to use Apple Pay right from the cart. The Apple Pay issue is clearly caused by the app itself. Furthermore, coupon codes through this app revolve frequently, so there are many opportunities to get deals on products that are already cheaper than can be found through third party sellers. The app is not horrible by any means, as some older reviews suggest. If you like Greenworks products, then check this app out. You won’t be forced to sign in immediately (at time of writing). ***Company: Greenworks genuinely makes good products and I think they are worth checking out, but their customer support has been very hard to get ahold of in my experience. That is relevant to this app, because you will not really have any recourse through a third party seller in the event that something goes wrong and Greenworks doesn’t acknowledge your concerns. Regardless, besides frequent LED indicator issues with their 24V batteries, Greenworks products are fairly reliable and well made. Their batteries seem to be made with high quality cells that can hold their charge for long periods of time. I believe Greenworks simply prioritizes product quality above all else and thus has not invested much elsewhere, hoping that their product quality carries them to success. Clearly their business model works, but when things go wrong it might take extended periods of time to reach a resolution. ***Final note: Greenworks appears to be largely operate out of China, and thus you may see some translation issues in documents and/or product descriptions. I genuinely believe these are truly errors and are not meant to be deceptive.

### *---- "App doesn’t work in landscape mode on tablet"
Can you guys resolve this?
-- Cred-1, 2024-08-03

### *---- "10” String Trimmer"
10” 24 volt trimmer battery defective right out of the box. That means quality control is non existent! Just going to throw the whole thing in the trash.
-- Tom SEBAGO, 2024-06-27

### *---- "AI"
Worthless. I called and the only choice was “Evelyn” . I gave the requested information.
It could not help and the phone # it gave was missing a digit.
It was transferring to another agent which never happened. Please make a phone # available that someone will answer.
-- Workout follower, 2024-06-21

### *---- "The never answered support phone"
Horrible - The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
-- Captain Hussar, 2024-06-20

### *---- "worst Company"
It’s Worst Company to buy from it.
Worst customer service i ever deal with,
I purchased an item from them using a monthly payment 36 Months payment, then they charged my bank full amount, when i call them after waiting more than an hour, they refused to cancel my Order, i contacted my bank and submitted a Claim and still waiting for investigation, don’t deal with this fake Company, don’t, don’t, don’t
-- Khudhur Almukhtar, 2024-06-15

### *---- "Terrible customer service"
On the phone for almost 2 hours without any response. Went online to the chat and over an hour with no response. They didn’t ship my entire order. Don’t buy from this company
