Immediately, there was a bit of a problem: the app would not remember my login, so I had to enter my user name and password each time the app was started. I went ahead and downloaded the audio description file while I was at home. Coming to the movie theater, I logged in again, only to discover that the file was not downloaded! My next step was to try to redownload the file. But at this point, the app told me that I hat downloaded the file on too many devices. This is incorrect; all I have is my IPhone. I guess it was probably recognized as a separate device on each and every login attempt. At that point, logging out and then logging in again did not solve the issue. And it was too late to troubleshoot, because the movie was about to begin. Es ist recht belastend das die App nichts mehr seid dem mehr hergibt . Die App ist also für Leute die in spanischen Audio filme sehen wollen komplett ungeeignet! Natürlich bereitet man sich vor. Das man sich JEDES MAL anmelden muss, ist schon nervig. Und wenn dann im Kino kein Mobilfunk oder WLAN ist, beginnt das Theater mit dem Login wenn man Pech hat erneut.
