Do Not Use Greyhound
My Bus 2061 was 40 minutes late and smelled like piss. Will not be purchasing from Greyhound again, and customer service couldn’t tell me if the bus was still coming after waiting 30 minutes in 90° heat. Especially when there were cheaper options that provide more timely service and have customer service agents that don’t answer questions more inefficiently than an automated chat bot
Unacceptable Behaviors
There’s an old saying that I’m sure has been used for generations now. You get what you pay for. In our digital era or now the times of A.I, customers have a new expectation for businesses and their efforts to appease them. I’ll start with the company. Offering a service of communication that’s taking more than 72hrs to respond to a refund is an indication that they don’t give a f**ck. There “valued customers” I guess give them all they need to say whatever. Despite shortage of staff or volume. I did my job I emailed and been waiting for a refund. There is no guidance of when they will respond, which is key to why they keep it vague. No number to call, I guess because of these reviews here, which are warranted due to the service you receive.
Now, my driver! Washington DC to NY 3:15am arrival time 7:45. I am at a place in life where my time my patience and peace must coexist in every aspect. My expectations for drivers are that they do just that, DRIVE! Customer service was great, glad you woke up energized, but we started late and got to the city and hour behind schedule. You knew your actions delaying us at the mid point in Delaware, stopping to refreshing the toilet if that’s what you did all took effect on our time. People missed transfers while I missed a VERY important meeting. Training should be done and it’s unacceptable.
So will I get my refund who knows but at least show professionalism and respect by responding to my inquiry.
Shouldn’t even get a star
I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. The driver did not stop at the New Haven stop and left directly from the parking lot. Additionally, the bus was delayed by 30 minutes, causing me to miss important meetings. I had to stay in New Haven and take a cab, which cost me extra.
The customer service was equally frustrating. Despite multiple calls and long hold times, no one responded.
Overall, this service was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. I do not recommend using this bus service.

How convenient. You think we’re not believer enough to realize you deliberately made a fake entry in the email field that’s not a valid email address? Give people more credit than that. When you click on Feedback, it gives the user a fake email with no “@…,” so it goes nowhere. The BBB would like a word. Try to send them feedback. It gives an incomplete email address. The government needs to break up the company. Stop
Going after Apple, and realize Greyhound is the monopoly that’s a problem here.

Is it really necessary for the transit workers at the bus station in Minneapolis to yell at the passengers even though we’re just quietly waiting for our bus to arrive? I don’t know where this rudeness is coming from.
