## Greyhound Household Recycling Reviews in Ireland

### *---- "Buggy app - cannot enter account number to log in"
I can open the app and enter the pin but when I try to type in or paste in the account number it keeps disappearing. Therefore the app is completely unusable and useless.
-- HIPPIEcast excellence, 2024-11-12

### *---- "Can’t make payment"
Firstly was trying to pay with one bank card both times it was rejected. Then used second card of different bank and still was rejected and at the same time first bank app was keep popping up to confirm.
-- Sunny Day fluffy, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Useless"
Impossible to log in and retrieve or reset the pin. A WASTE of time
-- Flannagahn, 2024-01-10

### *---- "Five failed attempts to make payment"
This was a shocking performance. As of 21/07/2022 at 20:00 I tried to make a payment to increase my balance. After five attempts it all failed completely.

The form used to fill in bank card details kept resetting and clearing the data I had input.

Eventually the app would send me to my bank app to approve payment which was fine and as expected. Until however when I returned to this app to click that I had authorised the payment from within my bank, I was brought back to the homepage upon login.

Five attempts all like this. Absolutely shocking. Very buggy and poor user experience, whereby numeric only data entry fields default to text input so the user constantly had to click into the numeric keyboard.

A lot more work to do to improve this app. Currently not fit for purpose since I cannot complete a payment.
-- wallet.fan., 2022-07-21

### *---- "Top-Up never works"
Topping up never works so have to continue using the webpage which barely works as well
-- Coffey360, 2022-02-20

### ***** "Absolutely great"
Finally they did it, great app, easy to navigate, simple user interface.
-- Kazakh. Ru, 2021-11-20

### ****- "Good app"
Hi. Good app to keep an eye on balance and weight totals for the month. Just one small bug in Collection History, the date of collection does not show correctly - just shows Invalid Date but otherwise good app
-- siddub, 2021-11-10

### *---- "Great app but key function not working - notifications"
Great app with lots of useful information but one of the main things I want that app to do - remind me to put out my bins and which bin it is - does not work! Despite numerous checks to ensure notifications were all tuned on in the greyhound app and notifications turned on in my phone settings I’m getting zero notifications! Please fix this buggy app, it could be great
-- shdunne, 2021-04-08

### *---- "Horrible"
The app has invalidated my login even though I’m using the number sent by the company by text message. No notifications for collection days. Useless app!
-- Don Pavani, 2021-01-04

### *---- "Useless"
Collection information is wrong and no option to view collection history. Nothing is updated on the app. It’s over 7 months they updated. It cannot be installed.
