Wow ich habe es gefunden, das schlechteste Rennspiel mit der schlechtesten Steuerung. Bereits im allerersten Rennen, hat man keine Chance und wird von den, wie auf Schienen fahrenden Gegnern, wie eine Billardkugel über die Map geschleudert. Schade knapp neun Euro in den Sand gesetzt.

Ehrlich gesagt: Ich bin begeistert von GRID Autosport. Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit der Steuerung habe ich ein wenig in den Weiten des Internets gelesen, dass es hilft sich intensiv mit dieser auseinanderzusetzen - gesagt getan und nach einiger Zeit hatte ich ein Setup, was meinen Ansprüchen entgegen kam. Die Einstellung "Simulator Pro" ist dabei wohl besonders wichtig, nachdem auf "Arcade" gar nix ging …

Von der Grafik gibt es nix zu meckern - im Gegenteil, denn nach ein paar kleineren Tweaks spielt die Grafik auf Desktop-Niveau mit, wobei ich immer wieder erstaunt bin, dass mit einem Stromverbrauch von maximal 5 Watt ( mehr kommen eben bei einem USB-Netzteil nicht aus der Steckdose ) so eine Grafik möglich ist - am Rechner benötigte ich dafür annähernd das Hundertfache.

Die KI ist an manchen Stellen echt herausfordernd und ich habe mir auf der Schwierigkeit "Profi" schon einige Duelle mit den beiden Jungs von Ravenwest geliefert. Leider erkennen gerade die Hinterbänkler nach der zweiten Überrundung nicht mehr ihre Position und meinen diese verteidigen zu müssen. Wer erinnert sich da nicht an Vettels "Blue Flag, Blue Flag" 2015 in Malaysia ? Alles in allem ein echt gelungenes Spiel, mein Favorit noch vor F1 2016 …

Fazit: Auch nach über 300 Rennen und mehreren Jahren Spielzeit wird GRID Autosport nicht langweilig und macht jetzt - nachdem es einen Nachfolger gibt - immer noch Spaß. Einfach ein Pflichtkauf.

### ***** "Auf iPad Pro ≥ 2017 wirklich PS4/XBox 360+ Niveau"
Top Grafik + Prima Neigungs- oder Controller-Steuerung viel Spielspaß für kurz zwischendurch oder etliche Stunden (spiele es seit >5 J.). Konsolenqualität (XBOX 360/PS4/PC2017; inklusive Tiefenunschärfe, Wischeffekte usw.) Und ohne In-App-Käufe (die vorhandenen sind Gratis In-App, um Speicher und Ressourcen zu sparen). Ich hab die App jetzt seit Jahren und der Spielspaß und die Motivation ist nach wie vor TOP. Toll die Möglichkeit Grafikqualität für Akkubetrieb zu reduzieren. Mein liebstes Rennspiel und damit meine ich nicht nur mobil, sondern generell. Die Controller Unterstützung ist großartig, aber ich spiele am liebsten mit dem iPad als ‚Lenkrad‘. Ich spiele seit der ersten Version aber durch die Anpassung des Schwierigkeitsgrad und die vielen Saison Variationen habe ich bis heute reichlich Spaß. Wenn es doch mehr Anbieter für Kaufspiele in dieser Qualität auf dem iPad gäbe. Eine Apple TV 4K Version wäre cool, alternativ kann man ein iPhone per Hdmi-Adapter an das TV schließen und mit Controller (inkl. Rumble s.o.) spielen. 🎮

..mit unterirdischer Touch- und Tiltsteuerung. Lediglich mit Controller spielt sich der Titel, wenn man sich durch sämtliche Anpassungen gekämpft hat, halbwegs solide und weiss dann vor allem grafisch zu überzeugen. Lediglich die Ladezeiten passen so überhaupt nicht in‘s Jahr 2024 und nerven selbst mit einem iPhone 15 Pro.

It’s a great racing game totally worth to get! It’s reasonably realistic. Best played with controller, when I tried only phone controls my performance was really poor, maybe because I did not play enough however with bluetooth gamepad the whole experience was on another level. Also big thank you for the developers for not including in app purchases, subscriptions and other scams. You pay once and that’s it.

2021-Juli: Hardware inzwischen iPad pro 11“ Das Fahrgefühl/ die Lenkung - einfach unverbessert. Es ist immer noch wie Bootfahren. Mal wieder 3, 4 Rennen gefahren. Keinen Spaß gehabt. Reicht wieder für lange Zeit und auf Update warten.

This game is simply incredibly fun and is very realistic, the money is definitely worth it. And yes, maybe it's a bit difficult to drive with the control, but you can change the control in the settings and you get used to the control over time. And the graphic is simply breathtaking. ### ***-- "Schönes Spiel mit Schwächen"
Schönes Spiel mit mehreren Schwachpunkten:
1. Lenkung. Selbst bei sensitiv, wenn man die Fahrtrichtung leicht korrigieren will, passiert nichts, wenn man das iPhone dreht. Deswegen kommt man auf der Geraden leicht neben die Strecke, da die Lenkung zu spät und dann zu stark einsetzt. In den Kurven ist das kein Problem.
2. Das Auto fährt schwammig. Wie ein großes Schiff auf See. Es kommt kein Gefühl auf, dass man ein Rennauto steuert (wie auf Schienen). Kein Reifenquietschen und es ist schwer ein Gefühl für das Limit zu finden. 
3. Das verschwommene Cockpit passt gar nicht zur schönen Grafik.

Ansonsten gute Rennmodi, Autos, Grafik (außer Cockpit), Strecken, obwohl ich mir mehr klassische Kurse wünschen würde und viel Potenzial!

Ich spiele den Titel heute noch am PC und bin so froh, dass es dieses Spiel auch für mein IPad gibt, hätte ich schon viel früher kaufen sollen, sehr gut gemacht, alles ist genau wie am Computer :) und wie ich es in meiner Erinnerung von Anfang an habe. Volle 5 Sterne, man liebt die Liebe in diesem Port.

Es wäre ein echt tolles Game, wäre nicht die altbekannte Problematik der Gegner mit den physikalischen Eigenschaften eines Betonklotzes auf Schienen während das eigene Gefährt die einer Streichholzschachtel im Wind hat und in der ersten Kurve weg gerempelt wird.
