Poor Charging Experience
Power was only pushing out at between 35kwh and 50kwh when its suppose to be a 350kwh charging point. When paying 79p per Kw that is Poor, poor, poor.

CarPlay please
For me, the most useful feature would be Apple CarPlay support so that my passenger can check on availability and select the most useful charging stops.
Cost
79p sadly makes long journey electric travel questionable and not as efficient as ICE. On my way to Sheffield from Durham needed a top up so thought I would try Weatherby. Used GRIDSERVE in the summer and at 60p was ok. 79p feels expensive - especially on return leg - stopped near Denby Dale off M1 - open Tesla chargers at 65p and faster charge rate
Useless
Fed up if stupid apps .. very slow charge and said it was high power .. dreadful service as usual from grid serve
Technical bugs
I try to recover my password but the app it’s stuck after sending the verification code.
Great charging app
Used the app a few times now when stopping at a GRIDSERVE charger and never had any issues. It’s easy to use, clear and simple. Just how a charger app should be. 1 suggestion I would recommend is adding the feature of being able to monitor your charge session through the Dynamic Island / live activity feature on iPhone. That really would be a fantastic!
BMW IX Charging
Seamless experience, charged from 20% to 95% in 45 mins. Coffee at Costa and a bit of relaxation. 👍

Ambient temp was 8C, so charging was limited and used the app. Thank you for today’s freebie!

Great service. Quick and easy to use
Slow charging
Whilst it started off fast, it soon slowed down. Wish I’d spotted Tue bank of newer chargers!
