There’s a new pop-up every ten seconds and every time you click on something. It is annoying to the point where the experience is entirely ruined. And whenever you try to close these ads by pressing the tiny tiny x, it opens a Safari window link to the merchant. Very dissatisfied.
I get it, you’re making a lot of money off of people’s horn*ness, but shouldn’t the user experience be considered? If you care about your customers, stop the abusive ads
are y'all going broke? this app spitfires ads at you the moment you tap anything. also changed ability to block people- this ain't safe; what do you if you see someone you don't want seeing your profile? some people need to be blocked, not hidden. can't even see your favorites anymore without paying, can't see who's viewing you or keeps looking at you without paying... seriously, are you going broke? you really need to keep things afloat so bad there can really only be paid users? your rates have also gone waaaaay up. y'all must be broke. this app is worse than ever
I wad banned without being given any reason. Contacted the support and it’s been weeks no reply. I was previous banned because they said I look underage but I was 28. Now what?

Bought a subscription. No features activated. Wrote to Grindr support twice No reponse
Clearly went downhill since being listed on the stock market and turning to an exploitative cash cow. There really isn’t anything left to use on the app unless you want to pay $25 a month. Can’t even have favourites anymore.
I get so many ads in the Free version that it’s borderline unusable. And Xtra is just too expensive. Grindr used to be more accessible, now it’s a cash grab.
The amount of ads has truly reached a level that is obscene. Will I stop using it? No because I’m a traumatized gay boy with a mild sex addiction looking to fill a void. At least somebody is making money off of my existence.
