Last updates are horrible. Messages are messed up, show that are unread and full of bugs! Taps are not working.Push notifications and taps are not working most of the time. You charge for xtra subscriptions but you only provide bugs!! Even with the last update the problems remain and still no fix.

It’s been two weeks the app doesn’t work doesn’t open. It’s only loading.
The customer service is horrible . They just ban your account without any explanation !
I’ve been using Grindr for years. I’ve seen a lot of things going on in this app. I have seen escorts and drug dealing taking place in the app and yet I saw nobody getting permanently banned for any of those things. I have seen people using fake profiles and pictures of others that had no idea that have been posted in this app… and still they have banned me for no absolutely reason! I have asked multiple times explanation about this issue but their answer is always that they have the right to not show the reason. A lot of times for sure we can violate their terms of service and guidelines but some of us maybe not intentionally. Is very bad in 2024 to not be able to get chances to use an app that is almost the only one that gives the ability to gays to connect with each other. I understand that they want to keep the app safe but I don’t believe that this is the way to do it. By banning permanently a person from somewhere it feels like big time racism and their response to the email when I ask for answers it feels slightly dictatorial since they have the absolute power to ban whoever they like for reasons they don’t explain. For sure the gays should turn back to the old ways of finding each other since sooner or later they will ban everyone.
