The pricing for extra and unlimited features are simply unjustifiable and overpriced. The cost of app maintenance is zero to none generally. This is a social app and should be made free for all instead of funding the owner’s luxurious lifestyle. Owner should think of sustainable business model instead of making quick money. Pls boycott this app.
This app isn’t usable now. You can’t send messages reliably. Old messages and favorites get deleted. It’s so unstable
The app crashes when I try to read my messages.
More and more ads and limits…. Making the app less and less friendly.
Feels like 1 step forward, 10 steps back. Issues with albums sort of ironed out… then came issue of bio and profile description cut short to one line or nothing at all. Issue of non paying users only gets 01 chance to use the star button when doing searches (instead of the usual 03). Some of my friends can’t even use Grindr if there’s no wifi. And no it’s not the phone settings because we have done everything the same and yet theirs doesn’t work. It’s buggy and lots of malfunction. Not to mention the adverts that KEEPS POPPING up at times when you want to quickly get details. Is someone looking into all these?
Recently having difficulties viewing album sent by chatters as it cannot load pictures. Getting frustrating using the app. Please look into this asap

Your recent upgrade has done nothing positive to your already ad-infested-self-destructing app. Not only you cut people’s chat off with your lame advertisements, now you limited the number of profiles your users can view. Your app isn’t any better than any others, in fact you have just made it unbearable and annoying.
I cannot read the bio of other profiles and also for my profile. I have two lines of bio in my profile but when I check my own profile summary and other guy’s profile. I can only see one line with other words obviously cut off. I also cannot send messages the moment I exit the app and re-enter the app after checking the guy’s Instagram profile or if I put my phone on sleep mode and re-enter after a few minutes. It will always say that I have a bad connection despite me having not moved my phone from one location
Pls bring back the ethnicity filter for xtra members. The logic behind this removal is so weird. Having preferences doesn’t make you racist. Removing it just makes people work harder to search for what they want. If this is such a concern, why not remove the filters of age, height and weight? God forbid having that makes us ageist or heightist.
