This app keeps crashing every time I open it. I just installed it and tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my iPhone. Hopefully it’s an iPhone issue and will be fixed.

I don’t have any issues with the app other than the fact that I can’t set separate rates for weekday use and weekend use. You can set the charging schedule according to weekdays/weekends, but not the rate so it’s difficult to figure out cost when I charge on a Saturday or Sunday.

The latest version appears to have removed the summary for the last 30 days.  It looks like the only option is to export and sum it in a spreadsheet.  Also,  it would be helpful to have the ability to set rate zones by weekend and weekday.  My time of day is off peak all weekend (and holidays) and 11pm-7am M-F.  Option is only to set a rate based on time of day.

I was looking forward to this upgrade to provide exportable data for offline analysis. This is now available, but very limited. However there are a few bugs I have noticed already:

1: I have only been using the app for a couple of months. The reporting gives a summary for last month (August), and for this month (also shows as August, but should be September). 

2: My charging session last night was 4h 16m of charging at about 41 amps. When I last looked during the charging session it showed 29kWh used so far. The final kWh reported was only 10, but should have been about 37. The $ calculation was correct for about 37 kWh. 

3: Wi-Fi was previously rock solid. It is not spotty at best. Charger is about 3m from the only access point with that SSID. 

And room for improvement: charging reporting should have all the minute by minute detail. The session really ends when the car stops accepting charge, not when the cable is unplugged. 

Would like to see ability for uploading data to an additional application without removing the ability of this app to manage the charging. 

Adding more time of day slots for rates is great! However, we need to have day of weeks as well. For instance l, my cheap rate is overnight during the week and all day during the weekend. There are a couple of other rates during the day, but only during the week.

Bought Grizzl-e in July 2023, and to be honest it sucked, for at least the first 6 months. But i have to say, the last few updates have turn this thing around in a big way!!! The app and the charger work perfectly. I love it !!!

To all of us that have older, as in last year‘s model of Wifi Smart charger, this app is not compatible. This is why people are reporting that their charger cannot be found. I don’t understand why this company releases an app that doesn’t work with all of their smart chargers. The charger has worked well, but completely useless with the chargeLab app
