So far Grok3 is outstanding

Core seems really solid. Good job. Definitely a contender - in the broad sense of “AI” question / answer services. PRO: response to a prompt - feels very complete - and consistent across topics. Eks. Always able to include working links in answers. (Many of the other AI assistance (Gemini //ChatGPT // Claude // etc. has trouble with include if working links in answers / response for example ) MIAN CON: Features around the core are still fairly Basic (But I guess that part is the easy part - to catch up on for the Grok Team - and I’m sure they will). Conclusion: the race has still just begun. Will be exciting to see at which speed the model will improve. And how well the team will be able to pick the most important work ability features around the AI core. In the long run. Ease of utilization. With prospect to the tasks prompted to the AI. Will win. The AI core model - (and all the nifty, tech/speed-specks will be interesting to only a few.

When I got the review request, I was right in the middle of doing something in the Grok app. I asked Grok how I could import a lot of PDF copies Ham Radio I still have from the 80’s and 90’s. I asked how I could create a model that would answer questions about ham radio. Grok not only gave me the answers of how to do it, but it used examples within its answer that a Ham Radio Operator might use. Like what’s the length of an antenna for 20 meters? Or the using term SWR just like you were talking to a ham radio guy. I don’t know if it’s true, but I kind of feel that it enhances comprehension someway. I wonder if it’s just that I might feel more comfortable with the information because it’s using words I find familiar in the technical topic. I think its use of the slang associated with Ham Radio implies a level of understanding that is simply remarkable. Something tells me we’re going to see Moore‘s law, if we apply it to AI , becoming every six months instead of every 18. I’ve already put a request in for GrokOS running on a NLP enhanced xPC computer. I’d like to just sit down and see a black screen with Elon‘s new logo on it. Say “good morning Grok” and he would already know what I need. I sit there sipping on a cup of coffee listening to him explain the priorities of the day. It’s a good day, there are no emergencies. I can just sit here for a while and enjoy my coffee.I’m in my happy place.
