## Groomer.io Description
Groomer.io is a simple to use app that helps you run your pet grooming business. Groomer.io will help manage appointment schedules, customer and pet information, send sms text message, phone call reminders, confirmations and so much more.

Easy Scheduling:
No more fumbling for index cards when a customer calls. Use Groomer.io's quick search to know all sorts of information on your client before you ever answer the phone. From this one place you can see customer contact information, including all the pet information. And what's great, is all the information is optional!

Historical Records:
Keep track of when your client was here last and what services they received. See pictures, and notes that you took regarding past appointments. If a client wants what they had previously, no problem, just reschedule the past appointment. This way the prices are consistent for each customer. 

Manage Your Day:
Keep track of which clients are scheduled to come in, which pets are currently in your facility and who you should be expecting for pick up, all in once place. Of course Groomer.io will notify the customer automatically when their pet is ready for pickup, leaving you more time to focus on what you love to do – Groom.

I have more problems with this booking software than I’d like to admit. I really want to make this work but it just is very problematic, the calendar won’t show up, I can’t access my client information, when I know I have appointments booked those appointments won’t show up on my screen. I’ve had to write info down and just use my personal number to contact my clients because the system just shuts down and won’t show me anything on the screen despite me closing the app and reopening it, uninstalling and reinstalling it, nothing works.

Used them before and was ok, closed my accounts and went to DaySmart. I was thinking of coming back to cut cost a bit so I created a new account while trying GrooMore (who I am using now and love it) so left the account unused. They state on the website that you will only be charged for completed appointments. So tell me how my debit card got charged $29 even tho I’ve never completed a single appointment on the app, it’s just been inactive since I opened it. I’m barely getting by as it is, I don’t need someone robbing me blind. I will be disputing the charges with my bank, bet on that.

I use this app for my business and am so floored to have found out that you paired with signapayLLC and not stuck with square. I’m actually quite disgusted really and am contemplating a different program all together. Signapay did NOTHING BUT TAKE MONEY FROM ME AND MY SMALL BUSINESS. They’re sharks and care nothing for their clients and all about the money.
