I have finally found an exercise program to fit my needs. Groove health has a wonderful team of trainers that are there to help you. I got back into serious exercising after Covid. Groove Health allows me to exercise at home , no commute time to the gym, and so very portable. I am on Maui at the moment and still have my trainer available if I need her and send  me my routines for my specified days.

I recommend you try it - you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Groove has helped me stay in shape from home. I like my individualized workouts that come from my personal coach who knows my specific needs.
Because of my osteoporosis she incorporates exercises that help with bone loss. If I have an injury she will modify my workouts until I heal. 
It has been a great experience using Groove Health and I am seeing the results!

The Groove Health app helps to keep me moving everyday. The stretching and strengthening exercises not only enable me to get out of bed every morning, but warm up my muscles and joints before active and inactive days. After the initial assessment, the sets of exercises focus on problem areas. I like that the frequency and length of the workouts are designed with my input and customized with the assistance of my Groove Health assigned trainer. They are accompanied by encouraging messages prior to and after each session.

Groove Health has made a big difference in my life. As I’ve gotten older I noticed I was getting weaker. I was also diagnosed with osteoporosis. Groove Health has been the reason I have seen improvement in my strength and balance. They have provided excellent support with the expertise of their team.  The exercise routines are doable, adjusted to meet my needs, and don’t take a lot of time. I feel physically and mentally stronger and more confident. So grateful for Groove Health.

Two reasons I don’t keep up a workout plan despite the best of intentions are not liking to go to a gym and always petering out something started within a couple of weeks. 
With Groove, you start with your goals, and a coach devises a plan that you can commit to, then keeps in contact with you to modify the program as it’s working for you. So it always speaks to me and I don’t lose the impetus because it’s so do-able and I benefit fully from keeping it going.  It doesn’t have to be at home, but home works best for me. Thank you Groove!
