The app lacks the functionality to edit your posts or copy your message when a photo is attached. If you make a mistake you must delete and resend the message. What a waste of time!

App to Calendar link crashes

Has anyone been experiencing problems with the app crashing? Every time I use the add to calendar feature, the app crashes and shuts down

I tried multiple times to start using this app and it keeps crashing everytime I want to confirm my phone number with a pin! It’s frustrating!

Horrible and can’t even log in

Update makes the app lag

After updating, clicking on messages does not actually open the message or does extremely slowly. App was great but now has lost all function.

Keeps throwing an error

I can’t change certain settings, or enable SMS. The app throws an error. Not well coded. Only using it for a specific event snd then deleting it as fairly useless. “Something went wrong. Let’s try again”. Not helpful if your server rejects every request.

Used to be great

We used GroupMe chats for everything and now the app is so buggy and laggy it isn’t even worth using anymore. Unless they make immediate updates to get it back to the way it used to be, I’m moving all of my group chats to a different app. The current GroupMe product is not good and super frustrating user experience. Takes 30-60+ seconds to open chat and see messages.

After Microsoft took over, complete trash

The chats sometimes takes minutes to load. Non of the tap or react features work correctly and are sluggish. I click on a chat and it takes 30 seconds to open it and then another 45 seconds to be available to scroll. This app worked great up until about 3 months ago. Now it is so laggy and slow that if my job didn’t require me to use it for communications, it would’ve been long gone. Please fix, I’m begging you. It’s updated, current iOS installed. New iPhone.

Very solid, some bugs and shortcomings

I use this app for multiple group chats regularly throughout the year. Overall, very solid, useful, and one of the best options available. However, at times people’s avatars will swap around randomly and it is hard to tell at a glance who sent a message. Feature request: please allow us to edit a sent message, even if only within 15 seconds of it being sent. If I send a message with a typo, I’d rather be able to quickly edit it than have to either delete and resend or send a second message correcting my first message.
