## Groupon Merchant Reviews in United States

### *---- "No customer service"
They have no idea what they’re doing. Trash service.
-- NDRNE, 2025-09-11

### *---- "Merchant App"
My merchant app will not open so I can check on my business account. I took the app of reinstalled nothing. There are no phone numbers to call to get this straightened out!!
I’m
Ready to throw Groupon out!!
-- OHaraCathy, 2025-08-12

### *---- "No connection"
I have been emailing and chatting with Groupon for the past 2 weeks to fix my app from their end but still no one has helped me about this issue! Very frustrating knowing Groupon merchant system is not working and no help is given to their paying clients. I’ve done every troubleshooting possible from my end but still I get a message to check my connectivity while all my other apps work except for Groupon merchant!!
-- Elliemaghar, 2025-08-11

### *---- "Post update fail"
After the update Friday the app launches stuck in a ‘build a campaign’ page and no way to get to the dashboard. Before the update I had no issues with the app. I’ve deleted the app, cleared my phone cache and reinstalled the app and after 24 hours it’s still launching incorrectly
-- Dharmasmommy, 2025-07-13

### *---- "They owe me money"
Fails to make a payment to my new bank account
-- Tamgalag, 2025-06-29

-- Salibbb, 2025-03-07

-- LesCH89, 2025-02-18

### *---- "Bad app frozen"

-- Ya9933, 2025-02-10

### *---- "Worst"
I’ve been a long time Groupon merchant and used to love it. the app is terrible. Merchant support is almost nonexistent at this point.
-- Ariella 1234567, 2025-02-05

### *---- "Stealing money"
These people will take 50% of all
Merchants money, only pay you twice a month on the days they want to pay you. An I had an experience where the agents are “processing the payment” but no $ hits the bussiness account. They have owed me $530 for almost 2 months now.
