I loved the older version of Groups, but lost it when my phone upgraded. That took a serious bite in my ability to reach a lot of people very quickly. 
So I was really happy when the new version came out. I had a little trouble figuring out how to make it work, but their support was right on it — it was like they were sitting there waiting for someone to need help.
And it works like a charm!! I’m really happy and very satisfied. 
5 stars all the way!

It's impossible to delete a group like "Work". Once you delete it the group comes right back when you open the app again. Very very frustrating.

This app used to be amazing. I loved it and used it all the time and referred it to people all the time. 
Then they updated the app and I have lost contacts, had groups get screwed up, and have lost the ability to mass text people even though I paid for the upgraded app experience long ago. I am very frustrated and would either like it fixed or would like to have my money back.

I have tried over two dozen times to use this app and it’s been horrible. My contacts are showing up with no phone numbers so I’m unable to even use it. I’ve emailed them a couple of dozen times and I’ve gotten no acknowledgment and no response. I think this company has been shut down and no longer works.In the process of trying to get my money back for paying for the app.

I’ve used this app for a number of years and been pleased with it. I actually paid a one time fee so that I could do a group text or mass text. I recently tried to send a mass text to a group I had set up. An ad came up, asking me did I want to update to a premium app. This was the first time this ever happened I refused to update to a premium app because I already paid. Very disappointing no explanation from vendor

### **--- "Not Happy- Can’t Restore Purchases"
I bought this as a one-time fee.  Now it’s subscription only, and I can’t restore purchase.  If you want to move to the “recurring revenue” model, you have that right.  But legacy customers who rightly expect to keep what they paid for should be grandfathered in.  After all, the app was built on those early customers.  A little appreciation would be in order.  But you’re kicking them to the curb, and I accordingly question Qbix’s ethics.
