### ***** "Outstanding for any Group Communication"
I am a high school head football coach (Glen Rock HS, NJ ) and we needed a direct means of communication and info to players. GroupSpot delivers and is top notch with many features that will help the needs of your organization. It is simple, yet has a vast amount of other tools that are user friendly. You can post updates that will be a direct notification, or you can time to when you’d like a message out. You can also create mini groups if you want to send a message to a smaller group, or a personal convo with someone. One of my favorite features is the custom ability of making the platform friendly to your group (i.e. logos), and you can see who viewed your update (which is great for accountability). We also put our calendar on this, and you can send reminders of a certain event pushed directly to their phones. There’s many more features to also navigate. They also have excellent customer service and will help you with any issues. I highly recommend this especially if you are a coach of a HS or a club sport!

As a parent in HS / College competitive swimming and an officer in my teacher’s union, I was frustrated by my text message notifications dinging all day and emails getting lost in the multiple spam messages…enter GroupSpot. 

I am pretty picky when it comes to using a new platform. Working as a tech integration specialist I have one rule - if I can’t figure out how to use a new tool in less than 10 minutes I’m out.  GroupSpot not only met that rule but exceeded it. So easy to set up and more importantly - really easy to get users onboarded GroupSpot got over 300 teachers connected in a matter of a week and streamlined our communication making messaging so much more effective. After using it for less than a month, I started a new group for the parent group for my daughter’s swim team. Same easy setup, same easy response! I cannot recommend it enough and look forward to the next group I can build  ❤️

This is a go-to app for all communication - and a must for athletic groups! If you can’t do something in the app, reach out and the service is terrific. Not only will you get a quick response, but they are always tweaking the app and will find ways for you to use it how you need it. Easy 5 star rating from me!!
