Great products . Healthier choices.

Love the company but they really have to fix the app. I always get a pop up on the screen saying oops it crashed. Giving you the option to reload so I press that option and it just keeps crashing

It constantly crashes and gives incessant pop ups for refreshing. It makes it impossible to use.

Good company but app won’t load or takes really long time

Please fix the lag or this app because it doesn’t open. Even when deleting the app and restarting it.

I’ve used this app for years! Love it! Today there is a glitch… just a heads up developers 😊! You guys are awesome!

Grove is, first and foremost, fantastic. I love having sustainable options, although some products are heavy on the plastic side. There’s only two problems with the app itself. 1. The Beyond Plastic filter basically doesn’t work. You’ll turn the filter on, scroll through, and you still have a mix of beyond plastic products and other products. I wish I could share a screenshot. 2. When you select a product and then go back to your product catalog, it removes your filters (even though they’re still on) and rearranges the catalog. You’re stuck scrolling through a mix of products you’ve already seen, but some products you HAVEN’T seen, so you can’t just scroll past them all to get where you were. Great service, great site, but those bugs that have been around for quite some time are pretty insufferable.

love this company, always a nice message on the box when i receive it. had a box not get delivered and they responded so fast and also added a free gift to my next box! also just love all their products! their brand of cleaning supplies works so well from the spray to the detergent!

I love the app but lately it’s been acting strange, constantly having to reload. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Hopefully that does the trick.

I loved grove… so impressed with there products and business model and felt like I was making good decisions. Grove is in the midst of what seems to be a rebrand. New packaging, more wasteful packaging, and added unnecessary subscription models. The fact that I have to “subscribe and save” for products that I have already been subscribed to receive monthly or bimonthly or whenever I need them otherwise I won’t get the discount now is literally trickery and borderline robbery in my opinion. I am a paying member… and the “deals” are not as good now that there is this added subscription model. I could go on but I am unimpressed and no longer believe the good grove is doing offsets the cost of shipping these home goods items. I’ve been a paying member for years but am considering canceling if this is really the direction they’re sticking with. I hope others realize that grove is starting to scam us just like Amazon prime. Don’t be fooled by their greenwashing.
