I got a personalized message on my package! They didn’t use any excessive packaging which I LOVE. The products are all great. Will be buying again! So glad to have a place that’s just as easy as Amazon but ten times better.

I have been using grove products for a few years now and I can’t recommend them our their marketplace highly enough. However, the shopping experience via app or even via their website is TERRIBLE. The app is extremely slow and buggy and heats your device to the point of shut off. I figured it would get better after a big fix update but it seems to be only getting worse. Please fix the app!!

Love Grove products! Can’t describe how much I’m disappointed in the completely redone backend of the app. The rollout of it was like being blindsided by a completely different company’s shopping experience. Since then the app has never worked the same or been fully functional. The saddest part is how much I like what they sell AND Want to place orders through Grove, but how difficult it is to do—sad they are losing my business because of this when it is completely in their hands. Hope they work it out. Non-functional app = customer can’t buy products they want.

The products are great and when they actually come, the orders are wonderful, but the app is starting to become such a problem I can barely stand to use it anymore. There is a constant pop up telling me how great the new update is and I should update my app (it’s already updated) and won’t let me close out of the pop up, but makes me go to the App Store, where I then have to reopen my already up to date app. And it will do this so frequently I can’t even place an order without getting out if the app at least three times. My last order was also ordered twice (so it double charged me), the help desk was able to cancel the other one, but the box just arrived and it’s someone else’s order. They’re fixing it and customer support (once you manage to find the chat in the app) is very helpful, but I’m getting so frustrated with the platform I don’t even want to order from them anymore, which is such a let down.

I’ve had this service since 2020, but like others have said, ever since they changed the app it’s been impossible to use. My cart is empty and I can’t add stuff to it. Last month I couldn’t see my previous orders. Etc.

Not sure if this is just happening to me, but every time I try to use the app, my phone slows down so much that I can’t use any other apps. It also makes my iPhone really warm to the touch.

It’s so hard to use this app because it takes forever for any action to register. Then you can’t tell if something is in progress and click something else and it takes forever to get back to what you’re trying to do. So frustrating.

I LOVE Grove and will continue to order what my household needs through them, but the new app that they rolled out this year is so clunky. The VIP hub always blinks in and out on me, there's no longer an option to not receive a free gift (I won't select something I won't use),  and when you try to sort when looking through things, its all over the place. Y'all need to get it together because I definitely don't order as often because of this new app.

Five separate days I’ve tried to make my order and this app refuses to let it happen. Grove, if you want my money again, make your app work. I’m not shopping with you if your app has me staring at loading screens for 5+ minutes and having to refresh and restart.
