How much does Grow with Jane cost?

The general idea of what the app should be able to do is great. If the few bugs that I’ve run into can be fixed this app would be a time and lifesaver. Unfortunately, the support team has not gotten back to me on the Customer Support messaging, so I’m not sure if I will upgrade from the monthly to the annual. I hope they do though, because I spent several hours putting in all my plants info and lineage.
Update: I am not able to log into the community support area because I sign in with My Apple ID instead of a password. When I go to set my password, it says that I’ve been sent an email, but I have not received any emails for the reset or any of the Customer Support issues that I have sent via the app. I have tried to change my email address from the privet relay to my person one but am unable to do so. I really want to use this app, but it’s taking up so much time
Crashes when going back to see last week
Started crashing today when trying to see last week’s entries. Hoped there was an update but found none.
Will update the review once its back to working as it should.
Do not judge the app by this review, its great, I’m just trying to get some attention to the matter, will also hit support. Any of you having this issue join in so it can be fixed promptly.

No settings. You can’t make changes. When you first open app it asks if you are a beginner , novice or an expert. There are different options in each one. I first picked novice but changed my mind and want the expert so I can add more info and get more details as it said.
You would have to create another account to do this so haven’t even started using this app and already giving up on it.
This app is crazy good.
I was very impressed with his app from the very beginning. I went to add my strain, it’s it’s not super mainstream and in the auto populated box, my breeder and strain came up. I was very impressed.
I was able to add all my nutrients. They also auto populated perfectly. It’s very thorough and blows away anything else I’ve tried.
Every grower should have this!!
Extremely user-friendly with tons of customization for advanced growers that like to keep track of things like nutrient mixes & waterings. My only suggestions would be to add a "notes" page & to allow video uploads, other than that, this app has everything you'd need a grow journal to do & more. Would 100% recommend to growers of any & every skill level!

Adding plant name
Would be nice to be able to type in a plant name. Without this it is useless.
This app is a joke
I just downloaded it clicked a setting that the app claims you can change and then gives you no way to change it, had it for five minutes and already deleting it learn how to develop an app please!
Great app just a tad too expensive
I was using the free version which gave me quite a few plants. With the update, I can’t even edit any of my older plants due to the new restriction of 4 plants per free account. I don’t think the app is worth a $35 annual fee. I will be ok if it was a one time payment but subscriptions are burning me out.
Good app could be a bit easier to navigate for newbies.
Does a good job and I’m technically challenged so it’s probably more of my issue than the app but it’s a little confusing till you figure out the nuances of environment and tree and how to add new trees. Or it was for me anyway.
(follow up after several months of using) The app has some glitches that appear from time to time which requires shutting down the phone and re-starting. Sometimes shadow of buttons remains on screen and I’ve never been able to take a photo with the app only with the phone and download it to the app. Overall it does a nice job.
