I love this program! When I stick with it I feel stronger, more energetic, and I sleep better. It is not the rah-rah “no pain no gain” kind of program. It is intended for those over 60 or who have limited mobility. Even though the  exercises are not hyper, they can be easily modified for those of us who are completely out of shape. Deron is knowledgeable and his kindness comes through the videos.

This is a monthly fee!!  I paid for the balance video and thought it was a one time charge. I don’t know how to get my money back!

### ****- "Grow young fitness is a pay program"
Even though this program shows up in the App Store as a free program, it’s NOT! It’s a pay program, you have to join the club and when you click on join the club you see it’s $37.00 per month subscription. It a good program but if you are a senior on limited income , $37 per month is money better spent else where.

I downloaded the app. It asks me to sign in with my email and password. I am new so therefore I need to sign up! There is no option to do that. I put in a password and it fails. I chose forgot password and it doesn’t send me an email because I’ve never signed up before. So I can’t use the app. I don’t know how to get a screen to sign up. 
That’s the only reason I give it one star. I would love to try the program.
