First of all, they cheat about commission, and second very important thing, 1 negative review, and you lose. No body will order again from your store. And of story. I call them, try to manage it, to delete 1* star review, this isn’t really a review, just one star and that’s it. No review. Even customer have an issue, we don’t know what is happened. We just lose business at GrubHub, and sell via Uber and DoorDash, they more loyal about it. Good luck GrubHub with your business!! -- Kot USA, 2025-08-19 ### *---- "Not working" The app doesn’t work -- Kgfhbhh, 2024-07-08 ### **--- "Doesn’t Let me see how much money my restaurant made" I trained lots of times to see how much money I made from my restaurant and I had to call GH so I can see it’s not very good i recommend GH let us see how much money we made -- YoussefAttia2015, 2024-02-12 ### *---- "Sending Violations and losing the best drivers" I know a lot of California drivers who worked full time at Grubhub and are leaving grubhub because of the violations they are getting in Grubhub fault system. Grubhub is losing the best drivers who worked hard for the company. -- User…User1, 2023-12-08 ### *---- "The worst restaurant owners app. 48h become 2 month" I have been changing my ownership 2 month already. Requiring Ton of paperwork. Guys take it easy. It’s easy to open a new restaurant than account in GH. You should be flexible… I don’t work with GH -- Estebes87, 2023-09-20 ### *---- "No landscape mode" What the heck, Grubhub? I have to turn my head sideways to read the orders I receive? What a joke! -- Sofra Cafe, 2023-04-06 ### **--- "Poor integration" Uploading photos only works on the web, not on iOS or Android, which is pretty silly as a large number of users have their food photos on mobile devices. This needs to be fixed. -- Robedan, 2023-02-23 ### *---- "Worse App ever-seriously." This App never works properly. Being a big company like Grubhub, I don’t understand why they can’t invest some people to maintain it. It’s done 90% of the time. I’m thinking of taking them off my restaurant! -- what TD, 2022-12-18 ### *---- "Something is not right" As a small restaurant owner, after signed up with Ubereats, and door dash , I also joined GrubHub even GrubHub isn’t doing good in our area . since I am choosing the lowest, 15% commission fee , I can give my customers a better price compare to Ubereats and doordash. It is a big delivery company, I fully trusted them, unfortunately 6 six months later I realized that we were paying 35% of the total sale to GrubHub. I was so shocked, look into it I found out that they changed us additional 10% of the delivery fee, 5% of the service fee from the total sale, feels like we were cheated. Wow, great! GrubHub passed all the cost to us. We gave the Lowest price to the customer and pay the highest fees to GrubHub. Very interesting, which restaurant is going to pay that much money in order to work with Grubhub? Do the simple math. I would not if I know they do that. I am leaving them, I have great food , my customers will go to Ubereats or food dash if they miss my food. Being reasonable even though you love money. -- self employed from 50y, 2022-12-15 [View all Grubhub for Restaurants reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Grubhub for Restaurants Discovered Keywords - grubhub food delivery - grubhub plus - grubhub com - hub restaurants - grubhub for restaurants - uber eats merchant - uber merchant - grubhub merchant - grubhub manager - hubgrub ## Apps Similar to Grubhub for Restaurants - [Gordon Now](https://apptail.io/app/gordon-now-xfR/united-states) - [myCoke Fountain & Freestyle](https://apptail.io/app/mycoke-fountain-freestyle-VyY/united-states) - [US Foods MOXē](https://apptail.io/app/us-foods-moxe-XyY/united-states) - [ezCater for Restaurants](https://apptail.io/app/ezcater-for-restaurants-YyY/united-states) - [Restaurant Depot Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/restaurant-depot-mobile-ZyY/united-states) - [Toast Tables](https://apptail.io/app/toast-tables-sVfb/united-states) - [Beyond Menu Restaurant Owner](https://apptail.io/app/beyond-menu-restaurant-owner-gHub/united-states) - [Otter Go](https://apptail.io/app/otter-go-PvIb/united-states) - [ezManage - Delivery](https://apptail.io/app/ezmanage-delivery-STIb/united-states) - [ezCater - Food for Workplaces](https://apptail.io/app/ezcater-food-for-workplaces-bSad/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
