## GrubSouth Description
Eating just got easier! Use GrubSouth's free mobile app to get your favorite food delivered to your door

Founded in 2012, we are a locally owned and operated restaurant delivery service, which means you can get your favorite local restaurants delivered by your favorite local delivery service! With tons of options to choose from, when you order through GrubSouth, you’ll be enjoying your favorite meals in no time. Just browse our menus, select your items, and sit back and relax while our delivery drivers handle the rest.

Did you know that you can...
Easily customize your meal by adding notes and special instructions for the restaurant.
Follow your driver's delivery progress through real-time status alerts.
Safely store credit card information in order to speed up the payment process.

GrubSouth opened in the Rocket City in 2012, starting with only 9 restaurants, but we now partner with over 500 restaurant establishments and are continuously adding more to the list.

## GrubSouth Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not recommended"
20 minutes after I was supposed to revive my food I was told no driver is available and had to pick it up myself after I pays for a $50+ order. Didn’t get a refund or discount. Only a $9 credit which I won’t be using.. deleting the app now
-- Craig3368, 2024-10-26

### ***** "Amazing Service"
Love supporting local businesses! These people are always so sweet and my order is delivered so fast!
-- idontknowatthispoint, 2024-09-11

### ****- "Pretty good"
The user interface is a little clunky with the size of the initial page to select where you want delivered, and when. The options selection is very clean and nice. The payment screen is very clean. Other than the initial screen, and the wait times, very very nice
-- SeannyH47, 2024-04-20

### *---- "Never improved, became too expensive"
I consistently used GrubSouth over other services because I appreciated that it was locally focused and on par with the prices in other delivery apps (not anymore). They ask you to rate your experience and leave comments after every order - I’ve put suggestions there that are just never read. Customer service is either responsive or completely unhelpful. I still have an email about moldy cupcakes from 2 years ago they never answered.

There’s no way to sort the restaurants by delivery fee, distance, etc. They don’t display the star rating or any reviews for the food, so you just guess what’s good (and it doesn’t always pay off). The delivery times are closer to an hour or more no matter when you order (weekend vs. weekdays and times of day). Often my order has been “delayed to keep my food fresh” and it just takes even longer and is cold anyway. On top of that, the app is glitchy and/or slow every time I use it.

Now the fees are $5+ for nearby spots and $15-$30 for things that are 15-20 minutes away. Won’t be using GrubSouth anymore.

### *---- "Naw"
The most random app ever. I never know if my food will be here in 30 min. Or 2 hours. It’s entirely unknown. It’s an app only reasonable when you have zero regard for customer service.
-- Joeblowsforblow, 2023-12-31

### *---- "Worst food delivery service ever"
The worst app out there. Horrible customer service. I’m happy local food is on here but don’t waste your time! Go to the restaurant in person! Don’t use this app!
-- CaitlinShep, 2023-08-27

### ***** "Great Food Order Service!!"
I’ve used the website and the app and they are both so user friendly! I work across the road from one of their supporting restaurants. I can place my order, set my pickup time, and promptly pick up to return back to the office.
I love this App!!
-- GS Kerry, 2023-04-19

### ***** "The best!"
We love this place!
-- Brooke0714, 2022-09-09

### ***** "V. Faulkner"
Consistently, great service!
-- Meaksonwheels, 2022-08-07

### ***** "Great app"
Their new app has been easy to use. I’ve seen many places added in and around my area which has been really nice.
