Keine Empfehlung von mir! -- schaefermi, 2026-04-16 ### *---- "Nicht benutzerfreundlich" Keine Anleitung nirgends. PIN beim tanken eingeben: früher lag der Pin im Handschuhfach. Jetzt nicht mehr. Die Anleitung sagt nur PIN eingeben. Wo der PIN zu finden ist steht nirgends. Eine Anleitung zum tanken gibt es nicht im Auto. Das Auto hat keine Handbremse. Eine Betriebsanleitung gibt es nicht. Die im Display funktioniert nicht. Für GelegenheitsNutzer nicht geeignet. -- Carloslove, 2026-04-08 ### *---- "Fehlerhafte App und enttäuschender Kundenservice" Ich stand vor dem Auto und wollte meine Buchung starten. Laut App war das Fahrzeug offen, in Wirklichkeit war es jedoch verschlossen. Ich habe daraufhin zweimal versucht, den Service zu erreichen und hing insgesamt rund 15 Minuten in der Warteschleife – ohne jemanden zu sprechen. Da ich das Auto dringend benötigt habe, habe ich es wieder abgeschlossen. Dadurch wurde meine Buchung automatisch beendet. Also musste ich das Fahrzeug erneut buchen. Beim zweiten Versuch ließ sich das Auto zum Glück öffnen. Ich war zwar verärgert, aber erst einmal erleichtert, weil ich meine Termine noch wahrnehmen konnte. Den Ärger hätte ich ehrlich gesagt vergessen – wenn nicht heute eine Strafzahlung wegen angeblich überschrittener Buchungsdauer der ersten Buchung bei mir eingegangen wäre. Einer Buchung, die ich faktisch gar nicht nutzen konnte, weil sich das Auto nicht öffnen ließ. Ich würde das Thema ja gerne telefonisch klären, aber meine bisherigen Erfahrungen lassen vermuten, dass ich dort wieder nur in der Warteschleife lande. Unzuverlässige App, schlechter Kundenservice und am Ende soll der Kunde für technische Fehler zahlen.
