As an attendee, you can access event schedule, sessions, speakers and exhibitors. Also, get latest alerts and updates from the event organizers, connect with other attendees before and after the event, share your thoughts on twitter and facebook. All of this from within the Grupio application!

Exhibitors and Sponsors of the event can enhance your presence with prime placement on the mobile application, get real-time feedback from attendees etc.

Organizers can provide an enhanced experience of their event by engaging attendees before, during and after the event. Grupio provides organizers with the ability to send real-time updates, generate revenue from sponsorships and ads.

Grupio is a must-have if you’re attending a conference. It makes it so easy to connect with other attendees, find exhibitors and stay updated with real time notifications. The app is user friendly & I appreciate the effort put into making the experience seamless. Two thumbs up!

This was our first experience using Grupio for our conference. About half of the attendees downloaded the app. I heard nothing but positive comments about it from those who did. A few without smartphones actually used the mobile app on their laptops. Fortunately the app was relatively stable during the conference. It still needs a little work to keep it from locking up causing you to delete and reload the app. 

Overall it was worth the investment to set up and create the content. I wish there was an easier way to convert our block schedule that we use for the printed program to the template that Grupio requires. It was a lot of work to create nearly 400 session entries.  

We will definitely use it again for next year’s conference.

Don't waste your time . EMC conference promoted this useless app. Bugs....crashes...waste of time. For Groupio don't Alpha test on public you do not get a second chance to make a first impression.

A conference I'm attending promoted this app. I installed it and found it useless. Sessions were randomly ordered which put me off right away. I ended up just entering the interesting events from the paper program into my calendar. On my friends iPhone 4s, the app just kept crashing. I have just deleted the app on day 2 of the conference.
