Ya no funciona la App de grupo Acir y me indica que tengo que instalar otra que se llama iheart. Es esto correcto?

Solo se escucha del lado izquierdo de los audífonos y así lleva ya mucho tiempo eso después de un lapso de no servir en absoluto.
