I’ve been blessed enough to be an early access tester for this high-fidelity simulator, and I can tell you—it’s the real deal. While the interface is easy to navigate, there is a genuine learning curve if you want to earn your ranks. For the "real feel" players, you can perform a full Cold Start, or you can jump straight into the action with a fully functional Heads-Up Display (HUD) and Multi-Function Displays (MFDs). The attention to detail is incredible. You’ll use authentic, recognizable weaponry like the AIM-7 Sparrow, AIM-9 Sidewinder, and Russian-made R-73 or R-60 missiles. Whether you are running Close Air Support (CAS), Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD), Combat Air Patrol (CAP), or Strike and Jamming missions, the tactical depth is unmatched. You’ll feel like you’ve enlisted in the Navy or Air Force, with the option to fly Russian airframes as well. The work put in by Phillip Phan and the Phanotek team is remarkable. Running night missions with functional Night Vision Goggles (NVG) while seeing the reflections on the cockpit glass makes you feel like you're actually in the seat—and this is on iPhone and Android! However if i was to have one complaint it would be the way that your control the aircraft, using the gyro sensors in your device is just not very feasible. Instead id recommend either giving play station, steam deck or Xbox controller support and or making it so you have thumb sticks like that of simple planes.
