Worst service
I have worst service experience as GTPL customer. I am using GTPL BROADBAND since last one year and recently requested for shifting. It's already 12 days and pathetic response. Call centre staffs have no sense of understanding customers need. It's complete frustration. Approaching them is waste of time and your energy.
