## GTWorld Ghana Reviews in Ghana

### *---- "Poor user experience"
The app has a very poor human computer interaction. Not simple, not all buttons work, poor UI, not intuitive, even the otp sometimes doesn’t work (throws errors when you enter the correct code)
It doesn’t look like a native app, it actually looks like a web view because I can even see the link on the app

Need a rebuild
-- MrLogic1, 2025-09-17

### *---- "Work on your services"
Nothing about your bank works, the code, the app even to open an account and have it activate is a problem, withdrawing money takes the rest of our lives..you people need to shutdown or do better,I’m closing my account because I can’t be a beggar with my own money!
-- obaayaaantwiwaa, 2025-08-12

### ***-- "Refresh to show balance."
I think it would greatly improve the user experience if there were an option to refresh the current balance without having to log out and log back in. It would be helpful if you could consider adding this feature.
-- Kwesi Ahadzi Jnr., 2025-08-05

### **--- "Low functionality"
It has much lower functionality than the gt apps of other countries. We should at least be able to download our bank statements without having to go to the bank.
-- pricegrey, 2025-08-01

### *---- "UI needs attention"
I really suffer logging in my GTbank app. How can I forget my user ID and tries to reset and continue to ask me of my User ID? Tho needs to be taken into consideration. One star. get the fix done for more ratings
-- BhraQwame, 2025-07-04

### *---- "😒"
Seriously who built this app
Just for the fun try resetting your pin
How do you ask for secret answer without providing secret pin
And which UX person thought tying the sending of reset pin email to when the input field comes into focus is a good idea especially without informing the user
-- saah29, 2025-06-27

### *---- "Crashing each time after momo transaction"
App momo application keeps crashing after every momo transaction. Only works again after log out and login after sometime. Terrible
-- @KAYreal, 2025-06-26

### *---- "I can’t register on the app"
I’ve trying to register on the app to be able to check my balance and do transactions but can’t register it keeps loading and taking forever
-- Sweet Lens, 2025-06-19

### *---- "App"
The app is in a very poor condition.. you can’t do any transactions using the app but you can deposit money into your account. If you try to withdraw money using the app it will be declined always but depositing is very fast…that’s useless app
-- Aristotle@890@890, 2025-06-19

### ***-- "PAYMENT OF WATER BILL"
Everything works perfectly except my inability to pay for water bill with both the App and *737#, therefore u ppl should work on that.
