Inspiring and fun
I’m not much of a game player, but I played this to the end. It was fun, often made me smile, and also helped me do some new things IRL that were good to do. I highly recommend playing.

I was so looking forward to using this app to help me get unstuck. For an app designed by psychologists I was shocked to see how user unfriendly it is. I set up an adventure, I completed it but couldn’t find the place to input my success nor do the reflection. I tried again. Nope. It’s been 3 days since I started, I completed 2 tasks, but there’s no dashboard or place to show the completion. Lots of words. No step-by-step instructions. They encourage me to take adventures, but those are useless. Nothing works. I’m uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Maybe it didn’t load properly. Recommendation: put a contact email for support and a task/“adventure” dashboard or button to enter success
The reflection encouraged combined with true choice for “adventures” is awesome.
I was already a big fan of the original Guardians: Unite the Realms, so I was stoked to see that Guardians: Paradise Island continues and improves upon the original daily mental health/personal growth game. I find it can be hard to get motivated to do anything these days but when I wake up and open Paradise Island I'm greeted with all my favorite little creatures and a new goal that helps me get motivated to start the day. The fact this game is free AND helps me feel better makes it my favorite app on my phone.
