GuestList is a private RSVP tracker and headcount ledger for weddings, parties and events — not an invitation sender, and your guests never have to install anything. Most British hosts manage their list across a spreadsheet, a notes app and memory. GuestList replaces all three with one number that is always right: every total on screen is computed from the same ledger, so the count you send your venue or caterer is the count at the door. WHAT YOU GET • A live confirmed headcount — 42 heads means 36 yes guests plus 6 plus-ones, never a guess • Yes, No, Maybe and Pending on every guest, one tap to change the moment a reply lands • Plus-ones counted separately, so "the couple said yes" never breaks your total • Day-of check-in mode: tap names at the door and watch arrived vs expected update live • A one-line summary ready to share with your venue or caterer — attending, maybes, still waiting • Real CSV import and export — bring your spreadsheet in, hand a clean file back out PERFECT FOR • Couples tracking a wedding guest list through months of trickling replies • Hosts of birthdays, showers and dinner parties who need a headcount, not another app for guests • Organisers running door check-in at a reception, banquet or private function • Anyone keeping dietary notes and seating details next to each guest's name WHY NOT JUST A SPREADSHEET? GuestList does: maybes are shown as "up to X more if they say yes", never mixed into the confirmed count — and day-of check-in is one tap per name, not scroll-and-type in a cell. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your events and guests live in a local database on your iPhone. No account, no ads, no third-party analytics. Guest names, notes and RSVPs leave the device only when you choose to export or share them yourself. FULL ACCESS GuestList requires an unlock: a weekly plan, a yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Full access covers unlimited events, unlimited guests on every list, the RSVP breakdown chart and on-device event reminders. Prices are shown in the app before you commit, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in Settings.
