We absolutely love the GuideAlong app! It transformed our road trip experience by teaching us so much as we drove along. The app guided us to sights we might have missed otherwise, making our journey even more memorable. It entertained the kids while also providing tons of interesting information for the parents. We affectionately named our "guide" Doug and are grateful for all of Doug's advice, info, and entertainment. Maui tours
Great App, we captured things we would have missed and learned a lot of history and little known facts. We used both the road to Hana and Haleakala. The commentary was enjoyed by my teenagers and my 80 year old parents, Well worth it and I have passed it on to others. I will use it again on future travels.
Fresh Perspectives
The Guide Along app turned the drive down Highway 22 in southern Alberta from pleasant to fascinating as we enjoyed the commentary along the route. We learned history and interesting facts we didn’t know about the area.
Banff to Jasper
This GuideAlong tour was absolutely fantastic. The drive up the Icefields Parkway is visually stunning but having the audio tour made it even more awesome! Very informative and GPS location was super accurate. The narrator spoke just enough but still gave you moments of silence to simply soak in the views. I highly recommend these audio tours to anyone travelling by road.

I have used this app in Hawaii and in Alberta. It is a great tool that will improve your road trips! I know so much more at the end of a trip I did at the start. It’s easy to use and reliable.

Would highly recommend this to anyone exploring a new area for the first time, or even looking for hidden gems along an existing route that you may have previously taken. We gave the guy a name to make it that much more fun when he popped up with a factoid, haha.

Wonderful app
This app is truly amazing. My husband and I recently visited Alberta and the Rocky Mountains as well as Drumheller. We were educated on every inch of the area. Without the app, we wouldn’t have known about so many things to see along the route.
We love travelling in Canada and hope you will add more tours soon. We love the east coast so hopefully Cape Breton, NS and Newfoundland will be available next time we go.
