## Guided Alchemy Description
Speak your dream before it fades.

Guided Alchemy is a voice-first dream journal. Each morning you talk for a minute or two about whatever you remember. Settings, characters, feelings, fragments. Later that day, at a time you choose, a narrated reflection comes back to you.

The gap between those two moments is the point. You catch the dream while it is still raw, then meet it again hours later, in the middle of an ordinary Tuesday.

WHY VOICE
Dreams go strange the moment you start typing them. Speaking is faster and looser, and it keeps the feeling in. Guided Alchemy asks you to talk before words harden.
WHAT COMES BACK
A personal reflection, narrated, delivered at the moment you picked. Lunchtime. The dead hour at four. Whenever you might appreciate a little grounding. It draws only on what you actually said.
Noticing how a dream's emotion moves through your waking hours is a practice. It may sharpen your recall over time. For some people that noticing becomes a trigger for lucidity, the moment of recognizing you are dreaming while you are still inside the dream.

SOME MORNINGS THERE IS NOTHING
Speak the residue instead. How you woke up. What was still sitting in your chest. Blank mornings are part of the practice, and it builds over weeks.

YOUR ARCHIVE
Every entry is saved and searchable. Look up a person, a place, a recurring object, and see every dream it appears in. Patterns surface on their own once there is enough to look across.

I started using guided alchemy just the past few days and as I document my dreams, I immediately recognized that my dream debt has increased substantially.
