The Guitar Pro application allows all musicians to view and play sheet music and tablature created with the famous Guitar Pro tab-editing program for Windows and Mac.
This mobile version is the ideal companion for you to practice your favorite songs and share them any time, anywhere! Coming up with some arpeggio, a riff, a chord sequence? You can now note and save it all on the single-track tablature NotePad.

Q: Can I create or edit sheet music with this app?
A: Unlike Guitar Pro for Windows and Mac, this app does not let you change the notation in an existing Guitar Pro file, or create sheet music in standard notation. It is however possible to edit a single-track tablature with the NotePad tool and export your work into .gpx and .gp formats to finish your composition in Guitar Pro 6 or 7. Editing a drum track is not available with the NotePad tool.

Great tab reader, but no editor
Great application but as guitar pro is slowly but surely raising to be an industrial standard, the more it is needed to have editor capability. Especialy after the release of Logic Pro X for iPad.. 🤞🙂
Because
You removed the option to open gp files from dropbox Wow, even worse with iPad OS. Congratulations. . Also, why is there no possibility to change the playback speed only by 10%? It’s too much.

really unstable sometimes... just like the mac version of GP5:( if updates keep coming my 3*s will be modified to 5 by the time it gets stable enough... keep trying until then

Tökéletes aplikáció lenne ha a zeneszerkesztés résznél javítanák a bugokat. ------------- Tökéletes app mivel javították a bugokat! : ) Megéri az árát! The bugs have fixed -> the app is outrageously amazing! Worth it! ------------- One more thing! It would be great if there were be possibility to make piano sheet music too ( not just guitar). Jó lenne ha nem csak gitár hanem zongoraszámokat is lehetne írni.

Sajnos az iPad verzió roppant bugos, rendszeresen kifagy, amikor új gp-filet szeretnék letölteni vele. iPhone- on probléma mentes nekem.
