Guitar Tuner is a chromatic tuner which uses the iPhone/iPod microphone to give you an accurate pitch reading.

I love the simple interface and its very accurate. Plus its free so you cant go wrong!

Accurate, sensitive and long hold time. Reads acoustics really we'll and sensitive enough to pick up an unamplified electric. Recommend for sure. Thanks!

It works!

I have tried other tuners on here and this one works great for me, with the background sound filter you can set it up so that only the notes from your guitar are picked up. But if u set it to tight it will bounce around like a drunk sailor! Take a few minutes to set it up properly and it will reward you with a properly tuned guitar if u forgot your regular tuner at home. I would not suggest that you throw away your electronic tuner but it is really handy when you don't have it with you.
