## Guzman y Gomez Mexican (GYG) Reviews in United States

### *---- "Didn’t get my order, correct"
I ordered a burrito for free and it came up on mushed and they gave me beans when I didn’t ask for any
-- I cannot tell you my name, 2024-12-30

### ***** "Best burritos!"
I love the food from here, you can never go wrong with the cali burrito!!
-- Best_Burritos, 2024-12-01

### ***** "Free burrito"
Picked up my free burrito I was pleasantly surprised.
Very tasty and fresh
I will definitely be returning .
Sent to my nephew in alabama he’s interested in a new food concept

-- Enricogsm, 2024-09-01

### *---- "Terrible App"
Crashed mid-order but still charged my credit card. Store didn’t have my order so they took my $30 for nothing. What a joke.
-- AJ8472, 2024-08-15

### *---- "thumbs down"
wouldn’t let me get my free borito after i applied the discount.
-- Poohotpink, 2024-08-08

### *---- "Lies About Rewards"
When you sign up you don’t receive any free item yet it promises a free burrito or credit equivalent when you first sign up. Also signing up was a pain with the number verification. It wouldn’t log you in after you register and it wouldn’t tell you that your account is all set after first creating it.
-- JAMESON OR IN THIS GAME MEEP, 2024-08-07

### *---- "Charged 3x for 1 Order"
Be careful using the reward money in the app. It charged me three times to get the order to go through. It finally went through after I stopped trying to use my rewards, but charged my card for every attempt.
-- Timothra, 2024-05-13

### ***-- "didn't get my free burrito"
i love gyg so i got the app but when i signed i was offered a free burrito anywhere on the app. can still have it pls
-- plsgimmemyfreeburrito, 2024-03-11

### *---- "Useless"
New version will not let you do anything without verifying a phone number. Can’t use earned rewards. Can’t order. Can’t collect points. Unfortunately you can’t verify a phone number because it won’t send the verification code despite numerous attempts. Useless!
