## GVB reis app Description
Dé app voor het reizen met tram, (nacht)bus, metro en veerpont in Amsterdam en in de rest van Nederland. Je onmisbare reis Gappie voor als je vaak reist, of een bezoekje aan Amsterdam brengt. Plan simpel en snel je reis van huis naar werk, restaurant, theater of vanaf Schiphol naar je hotel of B&B. Check of er een omleiding of vertraging op je route is. Je hebt altijd de actuele vertrektijden van je favoriete lijn bij je. En ook het kopen van een barcodeticket en er meteen mee reizen is nu mogelijk.

Kann kein Tagesticket für mein Kind buchen in dieser App. Und der Partner Get Your Guide legt auch sämtliche Fallstricke für Kunden aus um ein Ticket online richtig und kostengünstig zu erwerben - ist aus meiner Sicht völlig daneben. Warum geht ehrlich und offen eigentlich nicht mehr?

Ich bin mir sicher, dass die App ihre Funktion erfüllt wenn man sich damit länger auseinandersetzt. Aber wenn man einfach nur als Tagestourist in Amsterdam herumkommen möchte würde ich empfehlen, lieber für 10€/h die dem Ziel jeweils nächstgelegenen Parkhäuser zu verwenden. 

Meine Frau und ich hatten beide die App parallel auf, wir standen nebeneinander und wollten zum selben Ziel (Amsterdam Centraal → Olympiaplein) und haben wild verschiedene Angebote für Routen bekommen, teils mit 15min Fußweg obgleich wir auf dem Bahnhofsvorplatz standen 😂

Anscheinend gibt es in Amsterdam keinen einheitlichen Nahverkehrstarif. In den Bussen der Firma Connexxion ist diese App z.B. nicht gültig.

schlecht designt! Nur Englisch und niederländisch als Sprache in diesen Zeiten von KI und co ist oldschool!
Keine Einbindung von park&ride!

Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie in dieser überschönen niederländischen Welt, so etwas existiert!
Auch sind die Verkehrshinweise in den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur einheimischen vorbehalten!

Der QR Code des Tickets wird nur nach mehreren Versuchen an den Schleusen erkannt. Aber viel problematischer ist der Umstand, dass das Ticket an dem Lesegerät immer weggeblendet wird und über NFC Wallet geöffnet wird 🙈, um eine Bezahlung zu ermöglichen. Da man NFC nicht abschalten kann, ist die App für aktuelle iPhones wohl kaum nutzbar (iPhone 15 pro).

Aktuelle Verbindungen in Echtzeit, Routenplanung von A nach B. Ticketkauf mit Kreditkarte ist ok und QR Code als Fahrschein. Dazu selbst auf englisch intuitiv zu bedienen. 

Wir hatten ein 24 Stunden Gruppenticket für 5 Personen für 25€ als Familie gekauft und alles funktionierte problemlos.

I like the app’s design and its functionalities very much, but I do have to agree with the most reviews: the tickets are extremely unreliable. Be it metro or tram, they will recognized by the machines only sometimes, whilst the paper cards work perfectly. GVB really needs to improve this.

Die App bietet keine zeitgemäßen Zahlunsmöglichkeiten. Weder ApplePay, noch PayPal werden unterstützt. An der Bushaltestelle Adress- und Kreditkartendaten im Browserformular eintragen, das ist viel zu umständlich, dauert zu lange und wirkt allgemein aus der Zeit gefallen.

Die App gibt Verbindungen an, bei denen GVB Tickets nicht gelten. Man kann in der App kein Gruppenticket kaufen, obwohl das Ticket NUR in er App erhältlich ist. Man kann in der GVB App Tickets für Museen kaufen, die Preise sind jedoch nicht korrekt. (Schiffahetsmuseum Kinder 0€, in der GVB App 8,50€)

Wenn man sein iPhone an den Scanner hält, öffnet sich Apple Pay von alleine und das Scannen des QR Codes funktioniert nicht. Absolute Katastrophe beim Ein- und Aussteigen. Selbst mit einem Screenshot des QR Codes funktioniert es nicht und es öffnet sich immer wieder Apple Pay, sobald man den Code an den Scanner hält.
