## GWCL Reviews in Ghana

### *---- "Contact's number"
The toll free and call numbers are all not going through, how do we contat you people, customer service put you on hold like forever.
-- Benyyhey, 2026-05-12

### ***-- "Can’t track bill and no more notifications"
In the initial phase of the app download, I received notifications about new bills via SMS or other channels. However, this feature is no longer functioning. The most frustrating part is that when you log in, you see accumulated bills, but there are no notifications in the app to indicate which month those bills correspond to.

I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.
-- R1ddl3_s, 2026-03-10

### **--- "Unresponsive to user complaints"
I have lodged a complaint about a month ago about over billing yet nobody has responded or offered assistance. What is the purpose of the “lodge complaint” feature if you have no intention of responding to customer complaints. No call number for support too.
-- phadl_, 2026-02-07

### ***-- "No Call Allowed"
Recently, I’ve had problems with past payments not reflecting on my account. Despite reporting won the app weeks ago, it has still not reflected. When you click to call the call center too, it doesn’t work.
-- Miki Jnr, 2026-01-11

### *---- "Stupid app ever"
Stupid app
-- K.Ices, 2025-07-07

### ***** "Great"
But must be improved
-- Prince Boakye, 2025-04-29

### *---- "Difficulty in Adding meter"
The current sign-up process for adding a meter account requires an OTP code sent to the registered meter owner's contact. However, in many cases, the meter is used by tenants who don't have access to this OTP code, as it's sent to the landlord's (meter owner's) contact.

To improve the process, it would be more efficient to send the OTP code to the contact number used during sign-up, rather than the registered meter owner's contact. This would enable tenants to easily complete the sign-up process.
-- RaybergNation, 2025-03-23

### *---- "OTP"
I was enjoying using the app until I wanted to another number for payment. About a week now, I still haven’t a simple OTP🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
-- Pheelya, 2025-03-11

### ***-- "Issues"
Payment notification’s aren’t received like previously, payment doesn’t reflect on the app , live update’s doesn’t work. As for the new update, full of issues. Sometimes it gets stuck when I login.
-- Needa25, 2025-02-08

### *---- "The app opens and closes in seconds"
It’s not functioning
-- Qhwasi Logic, 2024-08-10
